I got a Car Audi Q8 and it has a warranty through them
- i had some issues at sensors till now they can’t Fixing it
- imagine the guys doesn’t know where is the battery location and they scratched my back side
- they got one guy by Laptop to delete the Sensor Errors ( which till now is Not Fixed )

Trust me don’t deal with them at All - even i asked for the manager or the owner to complain no one helped me

Extremely disappointed with the customer service and communication I've experienced. I, as a unsatisfied client, had a complaint and asked for an explanation on why I received my car back from the garage with small interior damages in my car when i took my car for oil and oil parts changes(exterior). It makes no sense why a client would receive their car with damages that wasn’t there before after it had stayed with them for days.

I've reached out to the supervisor, Mr. Akash, that supervised on the car's mechanics and was left with no explanations, solutions, and disappointment as i was expressing my dissatisfaction.
I wish that they had better assistance, customer communication and honesty than what i have experienced.

Had an issue with water coulant few month ago, they repaired it but took a while to do so. Today I learn that they did not do the necessary tests after repairing, in particular CO2 test, meaning there was still a CO2 leak that they did not spot and has damaged my engin further. Please do not take your car there

I was recommended this garage by a friend. The owner of the garage Srikanth quoted AED 950 + vat for Minor service + Aed 200 to pick up the car and drop was promised same day delivery. A driver came to pick up the car it was driven to the work shop. After one day I got a bill from Srikanth for AED 11,500, he said that I need to change all transmission and gear oil which is expensive. When I checked with Porche Al Nabooda they advised that this oil needs to changed after 16 years or 240k which ever is earlier. My car is 66k and 9 years old. I managed to get only the B services done and had to pay aed 1,365. Please be careful with this garage and I don't recommend this to anyone. Lack's integrity and they are out to fleece you. BEWARE!!!!!

It's a professional garage, I contacted them online, Many thanks to Mushtaq, he was very friendly and straightforward. I got the buttons refurbished in an hour and they did a good job at a good price. The location is easily accessible and the staff are welcoming. They answer all your queries and they're good with their work. They know what they're doing. Much thanks to Victor for buttons work and shaan for the prompt conversation. They have a waiting lounge as well . The ambience is good. I vouch for AutoHub, if you want to get the buttons refurbished. They do have various services available, have a discussion with Mushtaq for your requirements and he'll suggest honestly. Thanks AutoHub!
