After the experience my fiancé and I had at this place, I’d recommend and hope that no one ever, visits them or has to deal with them.
We had an inexpensive music player, that needed repair. I looked up online and found this place near me. Took the equipment to them on (Wednesday, 11th Aug 2021) and asked them to check it. They refused. Saying it was not their policy to open and check it in my presence. I respected that and asked that they call me and inform me of what is wrong and how much it would cost before any work on it.
On Saturday, 14th August 2021, a so called Raj shared that the cost would come up to AED 200/- As my device itself costed AED 300 or so several years ago, I didn’t think it was worth paying so much to fix it and decided to collect it.
I asked to be given the choice to go ahead with the repair or not based on the quotation. And that didn’t happen. They quoted a price (not reasonable to the task) and then just went ahead with the work without approval.
To this Raj said in a very demeaning manner, take it just like that, we have already repaired it!
Firstly the wrong thing was done, but we weren’t there for free services so tried to, in a civil manner come to some mid terms. But they refused. They made us feel forced to use free services (as though we’d cheated them) or pay the price they quoted!
Their behavior to top it all was just disgusting and threatening!!
They were extremely rude not just to me be also to my fiancé, whose device it actually was. Some Raj, wouldn’t let us speak. And kept speaking extremely arrogantly.
We addressed him using Sir, trying to explain to him that we had asked for a quote and not the repair without approval, however him along with another man, just kept being arrogant in their closed office. My fiancé was the only female there and one of them yelled at her saying it’s not your business to speak between them (them being myself and the other arrogant, mannerless man Raj)
We also got upset and left the room making them realize that this is not where we were going to leave it! And officials will be informed.
Note: even their website has a option to collect quote!
3 months of waiting. Excuse after excuse as of why it’s not getting fixed and why they are not ready (fair enough they have to order spare part but that was back in Jan!). Company was then shut down for a month.
Just received my amp today only to be informed (when receiving it) that it’s not fixed / they can’t fix despite being told multiple times and long time back that it was fixed.
I do not recommend and you should be very cautious about handing in your things with them. If they reply to this with a different story I’m happy to share thread and show my evidence.
Came to know about Mr Raj services at Precision Audio and promptly sent over my beloved Nakamichi Cassette Deck .15 who was in need of some Tender Loving Care (TLC). Mr Raj acknowledged receipt of the deck once received and got to work on it. 3 Week later the unit was returned to me shipped safely with a report of the work that was carried out and the measurements post service. I played back some cassettes and it sounds absolutely wonderful. Thank you very much Mr Raj for providing this unique service to those of us who simply cannot let go of our analog cassette past. Highly recommended.

I have lived in Dubai for about a year and rarely tend to encounter blatantly obnoxious service in stores. However, these hi-fi repair guys are among the rudest people I have ever encountered. While they claim to manufacture high end audio, their premises are stacked full of obsolete non-functioning Japanese hi-fi from the 1980s. I was looking to have an expensive US audiophile amplifier repaired but their evasive approach to pricing and timing, arrogant attitude and chaotic premises dissuaded me. I also wonder if the multiple names (Perfect Acoustics, Precision Audio, AR Tecnix) and various outdated addresses under which the company operates is a deliberate tactic to conceal poor reviews, of which there are many, or other issues.
I visited Precision Audio today expecting it to be a very normal repair store but I was very pleased to see it is a full fledged service Centre. I saw some very good high end audio equipment being serviced. The service engineers and the owner Mr Raj was very warm and courteous and they got my Klipsch RP-51 pm working. The owner Mr Raj is quite knowledgeable and strives to provide good service. He too is an audio enthusiast which makes for a good topic of conversation. Would highly recommend this service centre. Discuss the service cost with details and clarity to prevent any ambiguity.

They repaired my focal utopia headphones by replacing the copper coil and fixing a broken cable for 800 AED. Although it is expensive, they did the repair in two days and updated me throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend this store for high-end hifi equipment repairs.
Very unprofessional ! Saw the reviews and repaired the amplifier here one time after using it for more than 5 years. They fixed it once and not even 3 months it was damaged again.
After that they came to collect it and fix it but took so long time and kept giving excuses. It took around 3 weeks and after we requested to return they returned it with more issues, even the work is not completed yet. While they return it they made it very horrible. Every-time they will tell waiting for parts, I’m off today, technician on leave 😅
They will never respond to the message once you get any issues. The person who said he is the director Raj, was okay in the beginning then later didn’t respond for any messages.

Worst experience! I read the Google reviews and gave my Bose Cinemate for repair. After couple of weeks, I was informed that the item had been fixed. Paid the money they charged for their service and collected the item back, but it was found that the item was still in same dead condition. As advised, I returned the item the same day and since then, I had to follow up for months as it was not easy to get any proper response from them. It kept dragging and finally, after 5 months, I collected the item in the same unserviceable condition with some missing bushes as well! They were unable to fix the item or even keep the physical condition intact. In short , paid for an item which was never fixed and most importantly I had a totally unpleasant customer service experience.
