They did not deliver the fixed product within the promised time. In addition to this, they told me they would call me back once they receive the replacement part from the supplier, but i never received a callback.
Training for basic customer service must be provided to staffs in this shop especially those who are customer facing. If the staffs are rude, customers will not return and will choose other shops that can provide better customer service.
