To start with, they aren’t experts in the field. They can only manage the most basic stuff in regards to Networking. And they’ll never be on time once they’ve been assigned a job. Some of their technicians will provide you with excuses other than what the original issue is with a product(lack of knowledge). For ex: they didn’t know what “file indexing” is. They are only reliable to carry out small operations and not on a large scale.
