“I gave my Apple Watch here to have the broken glass repaired. While they managed to replace the glass, they damaged the sensors during the process, leaving the watch partially unusable. It was working perfectly apart from the cracked glass before I handed it over. This shows a lack of skill and care on their part. I strongly recommend not trusting them with your devices if you want them handled properly.”

I had a disappointing experience with 800fixing. I waited nearly a month for them to resolve a basic issue with my iPhone, but it was never fixed. I eventually took my device to a local shop, which repaired it promptly. I recommend avoiding 800fixing to save your time.

I had my battery replaced for 800, but unfortunately, the first one wasn’t genuine. When I returned, they replaced it again, but the performance still wasn’t satisfactory. However, I appreciate their professionalism—after realizing the issue, they sincerely apologized and refunded my money. Their customer service was excellent, and they handled the situation well. While the battery quality was a problem, their honesty and support made up for it.

I have repaired my Apple watch display and backside with 800fixing , they have done a wonderful job . They have done pickup from my home and delivered which was dazzle free .. and everything thing is perfectly done, it looks new and the quality is perfect.. From the beginning they were very polite and informative and helpful, I strongly recommend to any one.. great job team 800fixing

I submitted my iWatch for a screen replacement. After the repair, the screen was fixed, but the NFC stopped working. Now they’re asking me to replace the entire screen again.

When I spoke with someone who claimed to be the manager, he was extremely rude, shouting and saying I could complain to whoever I wanted — they clearly didn’t care. The service was highly unprofessional, and I strongly advise others not to give their devices to them for repair. They are careless and do not take accountability for damaging your devices.

It’s much safer to go through an authorized service center. Based on their behavior, they don’t seem to care about consumer rights or UAE laws.

If anyone knows how I can escalate this legally or file a complaint, please let me know.

If i could mark them ZERO, then I would. Gave them my laptop to replace a battery. Laptop in first class condition. Got it back with a faulty screen. When I called them, tried to say they never touched the screen. I Know fine well that the screen needed removed for fixing the battery, then they tried bluffing, and said screen needed replaced with another, free of charge.
Absolute waste of time, DO NOT use this company.

These guys are literally lifesavers! I can’t thank them enough for fixing my laptop in such a quick and cost-effective way. This is the second time they’ve helped me, and honestly, I can’t recommend them enough because I basically can’t do anything without my laptop. I recommend them to everyone. 👏🏻🙌🏼✨ TOP!

They fixed my watch screen, but they replaced it with a very poor-quality one. The original screen hadn’t broken in four years, but it was replaced because the motherboard was malfunctioning. Now, the new screen has cracked in less than two months. Every day, it cracked a little more until it ended up looking like it does in the picture.

Update: Eventually, the watch is completely destroyed.
