Never ever send your tv or appliances to OSMR as they provide wrong information to the customer in order to scam the customer by giving wrong feedback on the diagnostics and scamming customers with wrong parts.

These guys are scammers!!! They’ll fix the TV with parts that will break again exactly a week after the warranty. Happened twice. Absolute scammers. Don’t use their services.

They repaired my tv after two month, when they finaly repair the tv it worked the first hour but after few hours it stopped working.

Because i got three month warranty I returned the tv to them but they say it got short circuit and it didnt work, it was like this the first time it broke why you only changed the screen and did nothing for the main cause in the first place.

And they never get back to me until now.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. In Nov 2023, my LG Smart TV became extremely slow. They said the issue was the motherboard and replaced it with a brand new one a per what they claimed, charging me nearly the same price as the TV’s value at the time.

Fast forward less than a year, and the exact same issue returned, the TV slowed down again, apps crashed, it kept restarting, and wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi. In other words, the motherboard replacement they sold me was either defective or a complete rip-off and when I mentioned that they said they only offer 3 month warranty for changed parts.

I sent them the TV back, and they held it for 10 days with zero updates, I had to chase them down daily just to get a response. After wasting my time, they claimed the TV was "perfectly fine" and that their only test was connecting it to Wi-Fi and opening YouTube. Which I kept confirming that this not a proper diagnostic for the symptoms I'm having.

And they charged me 150 AED for this useless service.

The moment I got the TV back, nothing had changed, Wi-Fi still wouldn’t connect, the TV was still unbearably slow, and it remained completely unusable. When I messaged Darshan, he stalled, and kept saying that he will try to get me another Motherboard "Which means they haven't done proper diagnostic" but nothing actually happened and again I was the one who kept following up.

When I demanded at least refund for the pointless service charge, he completely ghosted me.

I strongly do not recommend dealing with these guys. They are extremely unprofessional, and their service is absolutely terrible.

Trying to fix my Sony TV since 16 January 2020 , today 13 June 2020 i am writing my review and still i didn’t receive my TV. It’s only screen to be replaced and they got stuck with it.
Last promise i got from the manager Darshan on 13May after 5 month waiting is that he will return the TV if not fixed in three days.. no calls or even whats app till now to inform me what happened to the TV.

Most of the time not responding to calls and trying to escape from my calls.
