1st time they arrived 3hr late for inspection.
2nd time they cancel the appointment at the same day (was 1week prior booking).
I wasted a time and job not done.
Very bad customer service and customer loyalty!!!

Amazing service, on time, smooth booking, very clean workers and did the job very well. After many disappointing services MOLTOCARE is the one to go to for professional AC duct cleaning!

Awful service from customer “support “ to actual workers. Not only they did a poor job with cheap paint which after 2 months started peeling off, our AC stopped working and we had to replace it. Horrible customer service keep promising to fix it and nothing happens. Never again

I booked an appointment for AC duct cleaning a week in advance with a confirmation from their team for 10am in Arjan. On the day of the service I called to check if they were coming only to be informed that the was an issue with the car and they would be delayed by an hour.

I called later again to check where they were and was informed that it would take another hour and a half for them to arrive as they were apparently still facing car troubles, so they would be due at 12:30 pm which should have been the time they were finishing my job.

Between, their inability to maintain their transportation, lack of timely communication and the fact that the delay was the exact length of a job, I was highly disappointed in the utter lack of professionalism from this company.

I asked them not to come and will be booking my service with others.

I had Moltocare come to clean my AC ducts, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! They were incredibly reliable and trustworthy, ensuring every room was thoroughly taken care of. The attention to detail was impressive, and the results were outstanding. The cleaning they performed was so thorough that it helped alleviate the allergy issues we had been dealing with. Last Saturday I called Moltocare to tell them that the maintenance company is not doing the semi annual services. They contacted me and within an hour they were at the apartment to inspect the ac. I received the quote and the before pictures, After looking at that I was forced to set up the appointment for Monday, and it was all done, while I was at work. Basically, they came, they saw, they conquered. Super clean work and highly recommended.

Very bad service I have personal experience with them they are not respect the time they will give you always they late and the didn’t fix the problem proper also they don’t have a good costumer service

We had the team over as we had a mould issue in our appartment. After inspection their team came over and did the suggested mould process (ac‘s cleaned) and sanitized the whole appartment using a special fogging system.
Noticed a smell after a week and got another company in for assessment. The second company found mould again in the appartment‘s ac, though moltocare guaranteed the mould will not come back at least for the next 1-2 yesrs.
Contacted moltocare again to get the job done properly but no response. Company called 4 times, every time call center agent tells the team is on a field trip they will call back after seeing their schedule. Whatsapp messages get ignored.
Living in the appartment having a 2 months old baby and getting ignored by this company.
If there would be a minus star rating, would have used it!
Not recommended at all!!!
