After requesting a different dealership from the insurance we were directed to Vertex and we received great service. The meeting was a bit off due to timing miscommunication but was quickly resolved. We were helped quickly, received frequent updates and the timeline that was communicated to us was met. Extremely happy with the service.

I came here for an insurance approved fender bender repair and the service was quick and efficient. I got my car back after 3days which is very quick and covers my complimentary vehicle rental.
I had my Tesla Model 3 repaired here, and the service was excellent. Abdullah provided thorough and attentive customer service, and the repair was completed quickly. Their 24/7 availability was a huge plus as they accepted my car late in the evening, which was incredibly convenient. Highly recommend this shop for their professionalism and flexibility!
I recently had an experience at a garage for accident-related repairs, and I encountered some issues with the handover and receiving process. Despite the assurance of a hassle-free handover, I found that important items such as the car's mulkia and owner's manual were missing, and the TPMS light was on the time of receiving the car. When I brought these issues to the attention of the service advisor and later the manager Mr. Vinu, I felt that my concerns were not adequately addressed, and there was a lack of responsibility taken for the missing items and the car's condition. Although the service advisor Mr. Zeeyad attempted to resolve the TPMS issue and provided the sensor as I was informed that I would be charged for a sensor reset at the Opel Showroom. I, feel it's important to advise other customers to be cautious when entrusting their car for repairs at this garage and to remove all belongings from the car and carefully document its condition, as the garage may not take responsibility for any subsequent issues.
