Absolutely Terrible.... Cannot recommend AT ALL. This company cannot schedule their workers at all. They don't speak any english. They don't respond to calls. They say they'll be there at 6 then 7 and then don't even show up at 8:30pm. So Bad. Leaving me without AC for 3 days

If I could rate this company negative -5 star I would but unfortunately I can’t. This company by far is the most unprofessional/never on time/rude/filled with liars. Every single employee says a different answer, they speak in Urdu infront of customers so they don’t understand and they agree on a lie to tell the customer.
They provide maintenance services of our building's A/C system and I had an issue in my unit where water is leaking from the ceiling everytime we turn on the A/C. They first came 8-Apr and told me that the issue has been rectified only to later find out that it was not. So I called again and they sent their team again the following day 9-Apr, they told me that the issue has again been rectified but same as previous day it was not fixed. I made my 3rd call, they sent their team on 11-Apr and this time, the technicians who came said that they need to replace a part to permanently fix the issue. They told me that since it is EID, they will only be able to procure the parts and install after EID. They left my ceiling open to avoid damaging the ceiling panels from the water leak which caused me to DAILY clean the floor thrice a day. I waited and waited but no one came. Today 2-May, I decided to call again to check status and I found out that the service request is already closed, they have to open a new one and start from the beginning. I just wasted 3 weeks of waiting and daily cleaning and it looks like I will still be waiting and cleaning for more days to come.
Worst customer service ever! They urged me to pay annual contract fees to repair my AC then showed up late and didn’t complete the AC fix and said they will come again following day and have not showed up and not answering calls
