Found this place for replacing my car tyres after reviewing 10 other places. This place was the best suited for quality product, service quality, and cost. Bets suited for people around Qusais. They offer free tyre rotation and alignment for tyre replacement as of June 7, 2024. You should check the offer before going there. They have the nest tyre brands like continental, Michelin, and Bridgestone. Tyres with 5 years manufacturing defect. They have 4 bays to work on cars, for different purpose and common jobs. The place may get busy on weekends or evenings. They have a good waiting area with a coffee machine. So you can relax while your work is in progress. The team is well qualified and experienced. They follow the industry standard practices like carrying out Roadload balancing, etc. So, have a chat with the team, explain all your concerns, negotiate on the quote, and rest assured you will get quality service. Ample parking available.

Horrible experience with unprofessional service. They will sweet ralk you onlywhen doing the initial purchase. Can forget about proper service after the sale is done.

I purchased 4 brand new Dunlop tyres less than a month back but one burst on the highway. Warranty was rejected stating that the tyre was driven without air and had inner damage. This is incorrect since the car had to be driven to a safe location AFTER it burst which later damaged the inner side. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away from this place if you want reliable tyres and proper aftersales service!!!

i had changed my tyre bridge stone original last year april from new bharath dubai in qusais , also paid extra for alignment and did rotation 3 times in last one year
however i have seen the air pressure was of my tyre was down this morning and went three check if it was due to puncher
they said thaw type are damage and run both 40 k km and i should change min two of them since they are worn out and cannot use it anymore
i have been driving since year 2000 this is first time that i am forced to change a tyre in about year that too was of top quality

anyone who is going to change the type from this new bharath tyres better be carefull about the quality , you might end up losing lot of money and may be forced to change the tyre in a year

I had planned to make a purchase but chose not to due to the lack of clear information from the shop. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via phone and WhatsApp, their responses were unsatisfied .
They frequently said, "We'll check and get back to you," but I always had to follow up myself.

After initially providing the tire size, I had to call again in the evening because I hadn't received a reply. When I asked about Japanese tires, he was sent options for other brands instead, without any proper explanation.

Given this experience, I’m concerned about the level of service I would receive after making a purchase

Starting by saying love the new bharat team, its not the service they are amazing at its there problem solving and guidance. i am now a customer of New bharat for over 3+years they're diagnostic is top-notch, especially alignment specialist MR.Nidhin he has taken so many of my out of projects and invested a lot of time into it such as my pajero when he helped me fit 35s on a pajero and helped me correct all the geometry of the car and got it so perfect that it drives like a stock car even after so many modifications he also set in a track alignment for my G37s i had under steer issues and he solved them for me

Terrible after sales service, they want nothing to do with you once they’ve finished servicing your car. Would never go back!
