After a week from fixing my LG washing machine which was making loud sounds during spinning ended by machine stop working, after a week from fixing the problem through buashwan I can say they did a great job & my machine is working properly Thanks buashwan
First they take the machine, then they ask you to pay for many things extra ( 550 dirhams) When you ask to fix only problem which had thier response and tone change (actual work worth 250). Then same day delivery change to next day, that to they don't call you and inform. I had to call many times to know the delivery time and date. Then the guy answers the phone hang up on you. As I'm reviewing this they still did not deliver my unit. Do not recommend these guys. They cheat your hard earn money.

Had given my microwave. I was told the motherboard needs to replaced, and will take a little longer than a normal repair since it’s a critical part. Just after around 2 weeks of getting it back, the microwave gave off sparks, and a burning smell. Ended up buying a new microwave 😤
Highly recommended , best service and reasonable price . Recently i took their service to fix the issue for my washing machine and Mr Rashid has provided quick and amazing service.

I am very disappointed to their service and I plan to report to the Ministry of Economy. The technician came and 5 minutes check and inform everything is ok, collected money 125 AED and then left. After 20 minutes another problem occurs, we called the technician and he's angry and mention to comeback the next day at 10am but no call, no message as he already took the money for a 5 minutes job. This is a SCAMMER repair shop!!!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!
I call them for repairing they didn’t bought any equipment to check and took my refrigerator for checking next day I have to call them and ask about repairing that person told me that compressor is not working u have to pay 570 dhs for replacement I told them to bring it back and they charge me 50 dhs just for checking yesterday I call technician from lulu he saw and said thr is a fault In Mother board he repair it and took 150dhs and its working fine. Plz think twice before calling Buashwan. And before giving them any of ur appliances plz take photo and check properly they misplace one of the screw and did not fix proper earthing wire when I questioned them they said it was same as before if there are negative star I would have given that and donot recommend any one

They fixed the fridge and bought it back while I am away and when I returned home I have noticed they have handled the fridge carelessly and scratched it all over. I have attached the pictures so everyone can see how they handle your stuff it's not a single scratch it's everywhere.

I have been chasing them for almost two months now. I have to buy a new fridge now. Please don't give your valuable items to them and regret later. They will totally ghost you once there is an issue. Customer Service is 0% I would rather suggest you to look for a proper company so you don't have to face the same issue I'm facing now.
