Don’t use this company. They have charged me to fix my dishwasher which broke the next day with the same issue. I called them and they took it back and spent 5/6 days fixing it. They brought it back claiming that it’s fixed for good. Again the machine broke 2 days later with the same issue. When I asked for my money back they refused to refund me. The manager says the owner is refusing to pay me back and he offered to pay me from his salary every month which I obviously refused. I have now made a complaint with Dubai Consumer rights.

I approached them for my Samsung Fridge. They brought the fridge the same day evening and charged me AED.550. They advised me to on the fridge after one hour. After one day also, the fridge was not cooling. Upon calling, they informed me the switch off the fridge and switch on after 3 hours. Even after doing the same, the fridge was not working. After complaining again, one technician came and informed me that fan wire was not fixed properly and is now fixed. It was a lie and the fridge is not working.

I had very bad experience with them. They gave surety that machine will run for long time but it malfunctioned after a week of repair. No proper response as well after approaching them many times.

THESE ARE CONS and clowns , I happened to bump into this repair shop while looking for a washing machine technician, they fetched the machine which was actually working but making funny sounds only for the handyman to call me and start asking for 400 dirhams for a indescribable problem, I told him am only gonna pay 200 and after going back and forth about the amount he agreed to bring back the repaired machine. Apparently the machine was not repaired and it still had the same issue which forced to call them but they won’t pick up my call plus trying to explain via WhatsApp became a nightmare, work with them at your risk
Very Bad Service and they don't fix issue properly and charged money and after that they don't respond.. Never trust this company.
