I had an accident I call the insurance company for insurance claim and the insurance company told me to take my car to this workshop I take my car here for repair so my car need a headlight and a new bumper and a new finder plus paint my car bumper fully damaged some parts are missing and after 5 days they call me that your car is ready come and take your car I went there I didn’t see it properly bcz it was night when I see in morning they repaired my old bumper and my old finder this bumper having a lot of steal plates behind the bumper to hold the broken pieces and some parts they keep the steal plates and put a lot of sticky sand to cover the bumper and also a big layer of sticky sand on the fender and they use very low quality paint after some days, the paint loss the quality yes the lights they changed because it was not repairable when I went again in there office I ask them why you didn’t change my bumper one of there staff told me that the bumper was expensive very horrible experience I had in this workshop and never repair you car here if there was any minus points I would give them

Mr Anil and his team will waist ur time and which they promise u to give u car in 1 week they will take 12 days on ur car
Just to make u fool u only here u car ready tomorrow there tomorrow is after 7 days

My parked car was damaged when somebody accidentally removing her car sent here for repair for the second time around as they have repaired the same car last 2023 with good result so I kept my trust with Mr. Anil. But he was on leave entrusting my car to someone else and the result was bad instead of repairing they added some small ugly paint bumps. I told the person it wasn't there but he insisted it was old. I showed him my picture and still he insist. Offered to fix but it was way worse. What a shame I cannot argue when I raise my voice with frustration he raised also his voice insisting it was old so I took the car with me with those ugly scratch 🙁 Before showing my car he asked me to give reviews now here's what I can say.

Small work they will take more 5 days also every call different & different service adviser answer your call fist question they will ask you want you want ....

Staff all friendly and survice good all malabaris

Very bad experience with the garage had an accident insurance send me to them they try to fool me by using non original parts ,wooden screws and alot of silicon

I will not accept the allegations that were made against me and with those terms used (inappropriate behavior, in addition, that I am a racist and misbehaved).

Regarding the reported case on 31-01-2024, all the parts were replaced after we had several arguments on the part that was not original, and your team was taking the receipt with the original part to the insurance but what was fixed to my car was not original

Regarding the car being parked in front of the garage and not blocking the driveway was made by the recovery driver told me that no parking available in the area and that he would park the car in front of the garage I told him OK as someone from the garage told me this is not allowed and I told him the road belongs to RTA and the car is registerunder my name and am responsible for any fine, but I did not know that your team would make this argument to not accept the car, first of all they told me its thier is no spec then told me its from management because I was asking for my right in the first car repair .
