Away from messy pit shops, it’s a neat place to be…. They have some good offers… one advice, please call and ensure they have the tire in stock or you will end up waiting forever.. I booked it but still made me wait for two hours! Thanks that the had a good launch overlooking the workshop

Changed my car 4 tyres.
I would like to give rating on behalf of customer service, which was very bad.
Mechanic was very rude and unprofessional.
Staff is fighting each other in-front of customers.

One of the office staff helped us to resolve the issue but still the guy was rude

Please work on guys otherwise customers will stop coming at your shop.

The service is very slow only 3 employees and a high flow of cars.
The team is working hard to accommodate all cars fast but manpower is not enough
You need to add more people to the crew so customers dont have to wait 2 hours

I recently visited this location to have my car tires changed and had a very bad experience, including poor service from the manager, who was also inside the office. First of all, do not trust them blindly. Before leaving, make sure everything with your car is perfect. I had a tire changed here, but they installed a tire with a different pattern from the other three. I requested them to change it and asked why they used a different pattern. They told me they didn’t have the stock and that I could drive without any issues. However, I later noticed that the car was vibrating and was not comfortable to drive. When I returned to request a tire change, they ignored me and gave me an off-topic explanation. They didn’t inform me when they changed the tire pattern. After the work was done, I noticed the pattern had changed. I ended up going to Pitstop Tire Shop to replace the tire. 😔 Anyway, thanks to tire.ae (Umm Ramool team, really pathetic compared to their other branches) for your support.

I wouldn’t even given a single star, horrible experience. They sell tires which are not meant for this region. I have already complained to the authorities and they said once proved they shall take action.i am trying to get information directly from Pirelli .Thry sell non GCC tyres (rotation tyres) not meant for this region, once fixed it’s choppy ride and most importantly safety issue. Since May 2024 I informed them, they said if there is not Tyre defect then why worry? Seriously? Instead of using MO tyres meant for Mercedes they used winter tyres. I see one of the clients has already complained with similar issue. A zig zag pattern tyre
