I work in real estate and know a lot of contractors. I deal with several properties and only in the building I am located I have 14 offices. The reason I called these guys was because they were recommended by the building management.
I have never witnessed a service as awful as these guys have provided. Lack of technical skills, lack of customer service and certainly poor communication skills.
The chiller in my office was working perfectly fine until these guys showed up to mess it up. It was supposed to be a simple service nothing else. But as they don't know what they did, I am struggling big time. Now I have to call someone else to fix it. Reason being when I tried to follow up, they said they'll charge extra to check the problem. A bunch of greedy technicians I'd say. Be very careful if you plan to give them a job.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I contacted Molten 7 months ago to replace my thermostat. They didn't do a good job, during the night we even had smoke coming out of the ac and they came back next day to fix. We thought that everything was fine however we were getting monthly ac bills without using the ac.
We contact another company and we found out that the thermostat that they fix for us had a different voltage and they never connect the wires properly. So now we have to change everything, thermostat, actuator and wires because of a poor job done by this company.
