“Excellent Service from 55 Car Care!” I recently took my car to 55 Car Care, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service. Maya was exceptionally helpful in arranging the timing and providing all the necessary information about the services my car needed. She made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I am giving them one star not because of their service but because they lost my original car key. my car was handed over to me with running engine so I sat and left their garage, upon reaching my destination I found out no keys inside my car and my car got stuck.. I called them immediately but they simply refused to accept that they key were not in the car . I never stopped anywhere or got out of car.. I called them many times also asking to check cctv but they never accepted their mistake insisting that the keys were inside the car.. Now they have stopped answering my call or replying to my messages.. So please be careful while collecting your car.

Edit: I have received two CCTV footage but it is difficult to see if the keys were inside the car or not

I brought my perfectly working car (G class, inspection done 2-3 months ago) for ceramic coating which includes cleaning the engine with some chemical liquid and received it back 3 days later with a broken alternator which I realised 15 minutes after leaving 55CarCare.
Of course, it was only „bad luck and coincidence”, however for some reason 55s professional mechanics forgot to mention that the alternator had burning smell which another proper workshop immediately realised and suspected liquid ingress (the other company did not know that the car was at 55 the day before). And of course, 55 offered to solve the „damage that occurred accidentally“ with me paying, obviously.
Long story short, I had to pay 4.2K for a new alternator. The last message from a 55 responsible (who also had to admit in a phone call before that it all seems suspicious) was that it’s not their fault and that they will not compensate for anything because „I held them responsible and presenting them as not worthy trust“.
Well I guess it was all bad luck at all…

I had an amazing experience with 55 car care, I I did rim repair, paint, CALIPER Paint, rimp protection, polishing, detailing and PPF maintenance. I was really impressed by their work, they are very professional, efficient and with a reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

No responses through whatsapp inquiries, didnt even bother replying, just read and not saying anything. What’s the point exposing your whatsapp contact then?

The place is just premium. You would be taken care with the highest standards of hospitality. All queries will be answered prior to the service. But my personal experience, i did not receive more than 50% of the service i would receive on the promised package. Sharing negative experiences in depth may be challenged by law, i have very few evidences because i am not competent in checking the technicalities in depth, but for what i saw in my ability. So not sharing much. For what was ACTUALLY done on the car, i will definitely will not trust this garage again. Through heart.

This garage is a scam. They use false advertising practices to lure customers in on false pretence.

Please see the photo of their ad. The true cost is over 10,000 AED but they try to get clicks and leads based on 2,500 AED.

KEEP AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST BUSINESS!

This is truly the Largest Auto service center in UAE. Location is right in the center of Dubai, so easily accessible from all ends. The layout is fantaaaaastic, with a futuristic decor. There are board games, full size pool table and complimentary cafe to while away ur wait time. The sofas in the waiting area are very comfortable and are worth a mention. I have been in Dubai for more than 15 years and have been to all sorts of Auto service centers. But this one tops them all. They have ongoing offers too. Staff is exceptionally courteous and professional. P.S. Ask for Ms Maya for a smooth experience

This place is awesome for real from car wrapping, ppf, car washing they have everything! Amazing employee Sandra is so good at cars too, they will surely take care of your car with the best quality materials and service! Cheers!
