A year and a half ago I decided to pay a little more and got my phone's screen protection done at Mobile Outfitters. They covered it with a lifetime warranty and when I went to them for replacement after some scratches, Shekar Upadhyay greeted me with a smile at their Mall of The Emirates branch in Dubai and happily replaced it for me with utmost care. Loved the service and recommend it. The product is valid for warranty across their worldwide branches I have been told.
It appears that a replacement will not be issued unless the old screen protector is presented, despite the fact that my phone and number are registered in your system. The supervisor's willingness to accept negative reviews is concerning.
Love mobile outfitters, I bring all my electronics to get them wrapped here and lasts a long time and when you come back to do it again they just charge you a minimal fee of replacement as long as you bring back the peeled off protection that you had on.

Very very bad quality of the flim. I know this company when it was known as a clear coat. Around 3 to 4 months we change a flim. But now every month I have to spend replacement cost.. i suggest for new phone holder to avoid visiting them. Better to buy from others.
