I had an extremely disappointing experience at Handy Repair Lounge. I visited to purchase a portable charger but was persuaded by a sales advisor to replace my cracked iPhone screen. He failed to inform me that the replacement screen was not an original Apple part. After the replacement, the screen quality was noticeably inferior, with poor color and pixelation. When I requested my original screen back, I was told it had been destroyed during removal—information that was never disclosed to me beforehand. This lack of transparency and poor customer service is unacceptable.
Additionally, after they removed and destroyed my original screen, I had to wait two hours for a replacement screen, which also does not work properly. Now, I have to return again for what they claim will be an original screen that should work properly, but given my experience, I have serious doubts about their credibility. AND they still want to oay 1100AED!! For destroying my IPhone and wasting 4 hours of my Sunday evening. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had.
I strongly recommend that no one get their devices fixed at Handy Repair Lounge. Instead, go directly to an official Apple Store for reliable service and genuine parts.
Mr. Handy is an welcoming person works and offers simple expensive and fast fear services. You can go there.👍👍👍
Products is very poor
Im having a Samsung flip 5 and trying to go on the shop and ask why the cover they put me is very fast to get damage One staff telling me to change every time the protection cover and thier product is comparing in the poor market outside as its the same. What a shame to offer the warranty and cant prove their products is good. Very disappointed. .
Raveen is one of the best salespeople at Mall of the Emirates. He knows exactly what he’s doing and is highly knowledgeable about all the brands and their products. His professionalism and expertise make the shopping experience much smoother and more enjoyable. I truly hope you have more employees like him, as he sets a great example of outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
Terrible shop to deal with. They installed a GreenMKY screen protector for which I paid 179 AED, claiming it was under warranty and convincing me it was an excellent product. However, I ended up paying for replacement costs twice, once each month, including for defects that were their responsibility. I do not recommend their staff or products at all.
The person at the kiosk was so rude we went to Enquire for a phone cover and didn’t like any in their collection. The sales person named Sayed started making comments like I don’t know why people are here wasting our time. This is so rude. I hope the management look into this so that the staff are polite to customers and not pass such nasty comments.

Yesterday I had the worst experience with this guy he said his name is Ravi. He did not give me the receipt for the mobile cover and screen protection AED 200/-. He said he will send it to me by watsapp and I am sending so many messages but he is ignoring and not sending the receipt. I know the manager of MOE I will call him today and complain about this kiosk. Hopefully they will remove the guy and the kiosk from moe coz we don’t want cheaters working in moe. Moe’s reputation will be ruined for keeping g such kind of kiosks that cheat people.
First of all, you are accusing my maid of running away is punishable as well by law coz my maid came to me to ask for change of 30/- dirhams as your colleague (Ravi) did not have change and he told her to get the change, if she was running away I would not have come back with her to the kiosk and talk to Ravi who was extremely rude and uncourteous and he refused to give the receipt which is also by law punishable. You are supposed to give all customers the receipt which he did not. Also next day I had to call 5 times to get you on phone for the receipt!!
