Last time when I decided not to proceed with third time repair of my laptop, I was shocked to find that the laptop was completely disassembled, with all parts separated. I was told that this was how they had received it back from their workshop. The entire experience has been extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and has left my laptop in a worse condition than when I initially brought it in.

I have old camera with some sticky liquid on it, I try to remove by my self it didn’t work, when I visit MOE branch the staff there is very friendly and helpful. My camera is clean and ready for photoshopping. Very happy with a customer service.
I would not recommend anyone getting their expensive watches repaired from here.
I came in with an MK watch which needed battery change and the MK store help redirected me to this store.
They attended me nicely and said that it is just a battery change and will take 5 min. After 20 min. when we started panicking they came and said that a screw had rusted and they had to change it as it wasn’t opening. It’s a rose gold watch and they not only changed the rose gold screw with an iron colour screw but also dented the watch while opening it. I’m attaching the pictures for everyone to see the proof.
May be i was just too naive to take an expensive watch here but i do not agree with the way they handled the watch. If it wasn’t opening they could have just asked first if it’s okay to cut the screw and replace it with a different coloured one.
I’m crazy because this was gifted by someone very close and feel this was not right on their part

Instead of my battery issues for my Iphone 12 pro max. Their technician broke my screen and wants me to pay 899 for a new lcd like for real? You broke it and you’ll tell me to buy new one. Poor service! That technician named Aslam, don’t trust your device to him. Now I am left with my broken screen.
Minutes is great service which I use quite often. They’re fast, efficient and very affordable. I was being helped by Ayman today who was super helpful and did an amazing repair to my earring. My highest recommendation to everyone.

This is a beautifully designed store and perfect for those who have no interest in DIY. I got ripped yesterday for a battery replacement in my car key. The cost of battery was AED 6 on Amazon and they charged me AED 72. Recommend everyone to ask them for cost because they may not tell you before starting the job. And these are people who are not 2-3 times more expensive, they charged me 12 times more.
Unsatisfied with their works of sublimation! Original looks of the shirt print vs their work (Font, thickness, size) not followed. The branch manager in the MOE branch did not offer or do any resolution option. FIRST TIME CUSTOMER, FIRST BAD EXPERIENCE.

He works really fast and completes the works with a clean and beautiful presentation that most of the customers would be satisfied with. As good as he is at his work, he is very kind hearted very helpful, supportive and teaches his new colleague the process of the service of a graphic service specialist very well. Sachin (Manager) from Darjeeling (india) is the best manager of a company branch. He supports his employees at the best level, is very understanding, and a very good listener. He advises his employees not only to work well but also encourages them to grow their inner strengths. Every company deserves a manager like him. Srijana from Darjeeling (india) as sales in Minutes (Mall of Emirates) has a very clean and pure heart. She's one of the most positive people anyone might come across.
