First you are convinced to buy an expensive but “wonderful” product. Then when you need to replace some parts, you find out that they are out of stock and you are advised to buy a new product. If you decide to use non-original parts you lose the warranty. In any case, you have to pay for a completely new unit. Very smart business. For Dyson, but not for the user. You can check their website for spare parts - almost nothing is in stock.
I bought the Cryptomic TP-06 three years ago, not only it did nothing to help with my allergies but now it has completely stopped blowing air. I brought it to them and the repair quote was nearly the price of a new unit.
You would expect such an expensive fan to last for a very long time, but not this one. I’ll be buying a 100 AED fan that will last me longer and will blow a stronger win.

If I could rate this brand and place with zero stars I would. After buying a hairdryer that is only 1 year and 5 months old now and had trouble working recently , I was advised by their technical team that the cord needed to be repaired as it was a cord issue ! Guess the charge ??? First they told me it was 800 plus vat. And then when I asked to speak with the manager he changed and said it would be 850 plus vat!!!!!!! I was also told it won’t be covered in warranty because I purchased it from NAMSHI that is a third party provider and they don’t associate. After contacting their support team via email I requested to get at least a better and a logical price for the cord repair! They denied it and instead offered me 25% off the new hairdryer supersonic nural on the condition to return my faulty hairdryer!!!!!!!!!Like it wasn’t enough the first time to rip off a customer and sell a faulty device . They wanted me to buy second time the same hairdryer! What kind of customer service is that??!And for the record I went straight away on their official website in uae and saw that same model they were offering me was already on discount 250aed off!!!! So they where basically lying to my face trying to humiliate me like they are doing me a favor!
All their devices have technical problems in short time which is crazy if you consider the amount of money they cost ! I would never purchase anything from this brand and plus I ve never seen anyone using their hair styling devices having a nice result on their hair that lasts more than one hour 🤣

Today, I visited the Dyson store at MOE for my complimentary session with Swastika, and she was absolutely amazing! She explained everything about my new Dyson Airwrap ID in detail and styled my long hair beautifully. I’m beyond happy with the experience. Kudos to Swastika—you’re the best!
Very bad customer service. Sales people here didnt want to attend to a product that my wife is returning which is covered under warranty and wanted us to bring it ourselves to jumbo instead.They're only attentive to you when you're buying from them.

I ordered a replacement part for my vacuum cleaner and paid 464 AED. At the time of purchase, I was assured it would arrive within 3–4 working days. After a week of waiting, I was informed that the delivery could take 7–14 working days instead — a frustrating change with no prior notice.
Last Friday, I was specifically told the part would be delivered either that same day or today at the latest. Yet again — nothing. No part, no follow-up, no explanation.
Also, it’s a bit concerning that a premium product like this would stop working properly just a year and a half after purchase.
This level of service is simply not acceptable for a high-end brand. I expected much better. Based on this experience, I’m seriously reconsidering any future purchases from Dyson.
