BAD SERVICE / BAD EXPERIENCE In order to improve quality service they should provide what was the customer is asking and if they cannot they need to tell honestly. Time and quality is zero. As a customer I expect them to provide quality service unfortunately since they donβt have a service center inside their shop so I would not recommend you to come here if you are looking for some service (i.e. camera removal, etcβ¦) The process they have based on my experience is they call a third party who does the service and these leads to misunderstanding as they donβt understand the requirement I needed as explained to owner or staff. Time: We went to store last Saturday at 2:30pm hence the product and services was not given to us perfectly even up to Sunday 4:30pm. I have no choice but to get the 2phones which by the way I paid 2,300 all and went to another shop that can give me assurance to do what I required. Since I donβt trust them already. Note: I visited the shop twice to explain what I need and waited another 6hours after that still the same. So they want me to wait another 20mins. This time I donβt trust them anymore and I just took and went to another shop in defence road and boom everything was done perfectly. If you buy to this store for some gadgets or accessories maybe this is okay but be careful of their services. This is my honest review of this shop. Now itβs up to them if they will improve or not.

MOBIHUB The best mobile shop in the city they have everything related to mobiles phones and mobile accessories so you don't need to go out and look for the rest in another shop the staff are very nice and friendly, and their prices are the cheapest in the market, i highly recommend it
