Feedback on Garage Manager Ahmed – Unprofessional and Arrogant Behaviour

I recently visited this garage for some programming work on my car, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory due to the unprofessional behaviour of Ahmed, the garage manager.

Upon arrival at 5:45 PM, as agreed with the required replacement switch space part, the staff were generally courteous, except for Ahmed. While waiting, I shared some observations with a worker, and shortly after, Ahmed approached me. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, he was dismissive and quick to impose additional charges without providing a clear explanation.

When I questioned the rationale behind these charges, Ahmed became defensive and argumentative, displaying an arrogant attitude. He showed no regard for customer satisfaction or professional conduct, which led to a long and unproductive argument. Thankfully, Sabery, the garage supervisor, intervened to address the situation calmly and professionally, highlighting the stark contrast between his approach and Ahmed’s behaviour.

Ahmed’s lack of customer service skills, immaturity, and unprofessional demeanour reflect poorly on the garage's reputation. I strongly recommend addressing this matter to ensure no other customer faces a similar unpleasant experience.

Good experience

Had excellent experience dealing with Mr Ahmed. Been to multiple garage before visiting them ,got robbed but the issue remain unsolved,one of my friend recommended to Mr Ahmed,he solved the issue plus give me overall condition of my car . Since then I'm only coming to Mr Ahmed for all my car issues. Highly recommend garage .hope they don't change in Future.

I brought my Mercedes and sonata all the way from Dubai to do programming and mechanical issues . What I can say is i didn’t regret . Ahmed promised to fix and he kept his promise. The garage is quite friendly environment and staffs were amazing. The price is much affordable than Dubai.

I'm paid money, for nothing, they didn't find the reason of my car problem after they cost me much money and time,not recommended
