Good service center. They can service almost any car and usually do it very fast. The quality of the job might sometimes suffer, but if you expect the job to be fast and cheap do not expect it to be perfect. If you are after a quick, cheap fix this palce if for you.
High price 👎🏽👎🏽 they replace the parts instead of even trying to repair it. They suggested 1000 aed worth work where I got it perfectly done for 150 aed
I modified my car there multiple times, they are one of the best in Abu Dhabi, they would give you the feel that they are fixing their own cars and take pride in it. Their team is very professional, polite and patient, I would recommend you to pay them a visit and check for you self.
I serviced my car with them for 4000 dhs .. the car is the same it got worst so i took it to dealer and cost me 10000 more to fix there mistakes
if this is master automotive garage.....i will advise you to not go in the place......at the first impression looks lile very good....but for my owner experience ....after works...i paid to fix one problem and their give back another 3.

after my car stop there
their made a hole on my leather seat,
scrathes on the bezel (console - painel) of my dodge charger.
my car never got overheat...their put the hand in the car and now i am listen the sound of my coolant boiling inside the cabin.
the external sensor of temperature is showing wrong temperature
the honk was missing a cable.
their lose part of my car belive- me their lose a pump steering wheels.
so never never never.....go there

Very surprising place. I met Zak by accident and he happened to run one of the best body shops in town. Amazing paint quality, polishing and car detailing. Highly recommended!
Writing this after 2 years 3 Months when i took my car out from this Garage and they ruined many parts inside the engine ! And also scratched 3 glasses and the windshield when they were Sandblasting the chassis !!
“ a guy from a video knew what is wrong and we have your car and we still don’t know what is wrong “
That quote was from their Engineers which they smashed the Cam Gear Pin by a hammer which lead to vibration while driving ! And that what made them tell me it is a Transmission issue 😂 and they were trying and changing Converters 10 Times as they said with no result !
Took my car to FlexPerformance Mr. Omar Alansari which he knew the issue from a Video of a Vacuum Test the garage sent me !
Car stayed with them almost 2 months just to fix the Head gasket !! And that lead to failure of many things and delay .
They said if the issue was because of them they would do everything to satisfy me as i’m a regular customer supposedly!
However after taking my Car to Dubai ( Flex Performance Garage ) in Ras Alkhor in few hours they knew exactly the issue AS THEY EXPECTED FROM A VIDEO 😂 and got my car fixed in a perfect way and aw s till today i’m driving my car even between countries ( KSA , Oman ) and across all UAE with no single issue .
I respect Men who are really committed to their words specially Muslims who shall know Haram and Halal and what responsibilities they take according to give customers rights ! Despite the admitted faults they didn’t reply back neither by a sorry letter nor by returning money amount !
