Did an excellent job on my 2015 Infiniti Q50S. Took about 3-4 days to complete the job which included getting and installing original parts on the car and painting/bodywork. Mr Shanil and the team were very helpful. Overall very satisfied with the job quality.
Expensive and bad customer service
Guys don't go to these workshop for sports car repairs ..these guys don't know anything related to sports car ...manager guy himself is a lier and he spoke of himself like 20years of experience so I know everything like that...I gave my car and they haven't changed anything just did the cleaning and charged me like 2000dirhams....still i don't know what they did to my vehicle and they didn't know how to explain..never ever go to this garage especially if you guys have sports car or american made car... cz of them I got no trust over any guys ......please don't go to them....
I highly reccommend Al Marafi to those who want get any sort of car repairs done at an afforadble rates without compromosing in the quality. Technicians they have got very experienced and they do repairs as per the manual suggestion particularly for German cars as I have experienced it from them. They try their best to repair rather than replace the parts and burden the customers with hefty charges. Really impressed with their quality of customer care . All their staff are welcoming and attentive. I regularly deal with Arshad who is very polite and professional.

Incompeteny
I have been using this workshop for several years for routine check-ups and oil changes, and my experience with such basic services has generally been satisfactory.
However, a recent incident with my SUV has raised serious concerns about the workshop's competence in handling major repair jobs.
I entrusted them with the replacement of the timing belt and the seals in the transmission gear's bottom area.
After the work was completed, I received my vehicle, but immediately noticed that the gears were not shifting properly and the engine RPM was abnormally high.
I returned the vehicle to the workshop, and they attempted to rectify the issue. The car was returned to me the next day, and it initially seemed to function fine.
Unfortunately, a few days later, the problem resurfaced. The gear system began displaying an "Over Temperature Fault" warning on the dashboard, causing the vehicle to stop abruptly.
Once again i approached this workshop, but they were unable to diagnose the root cause of the issue.
Frustrated, I took the vehicle to another workshop for a second opinion. The technicians there discovered two critical issues:
1. The gear oil level was below the minimum acceptable level.
2. The transfer case oil was significantly low and required an additional liter to bring it to the correct level.
After correcting these issues, the fault alarms ceased, and the vehicle's performance improved.
This incident highlighted a lack of thoroughness and expertise in handling such complex jobs at the original workshop.
Failing to verify crucial fluid levels after completing major repairs is a clear indication of negligence.
This oversight could have led to severe damage, and I am now left hoping that the gearbox has not sustained permanent damage.
Recommendation:- While this workshop may be suitable for routine maintenance such as oil changes, I strongly advise against entrusting them with major repair work.
Always ensure your vehicle is in capable hands to avoid potential complications and costly repairs.

My car was flooded,
1. change engine they taken 4 weeks to do the work, return my car without repair AC electrical work and also engine symbol shows in dashboard. work is not perfect.
2. Car parts each material either used or new 20 to 30% cost high. it's too expensive here,
3. due to above neglect. I done another workshop to complete my electrical issue and fixed engine sensor issue.
No proper update or response. delayed work.
I don't recommend this workshop. this is worst experience. only money, not for customer satisfaction.
