Gleam & Glisten Cleaning Ssrvices deep cleaned our newly contructed villa which is full of dust. They cleaned and polished the floors, closets, kitchen, balconies, stairs, windows - in & out, and the pavements around the house. We preferred not to use harsh chemicals and they complied. No strong smell after they cleaned the entire villa. Thank you very much. We will use your service again. Keep it up!

Horrific and horrible service!! I paid for cleaning and pest control before i moved to a new flat, the pest control team left before i came and i was wondering why!!!! When i checked, it was almost nothing, just few dots here and there! When i complained on spot what is this, i was assured this is the best and guaranteed for six months!! I was not convinced but i took it as it is! Less than a week, i started seeing cockroaches in several rooms, took photos and sent them back! They said will come and do a repeat service, i made an appointment days before it should be! Confirmed the time and reconfirmed it again this morning! They did not show up and when i called, they started giving excuses about coming in an hour or so in the most rude way and rude responses!! Stay away!! There are many other more reliable companies which i will use now! Horrible service, unprofessional behavior and misleading information!! I will place an official complaint tomorrow! Not recommended at all!
I paid 400 dirhams to have a deep clean from this company for a 1 bedroom apartment. With general deep cleans it takes around 3-5 hours. These guys Called me back after 2 hours and said it’s finished. On my return the apartment still has dust and the house didn’t smell like any real chemicals were used. I asked for a partial refund because it wasn’t deep cleaned, it was only clean. The manager promised to fix the issue and to my surprise they went to my apartment without my approval and spent another 30 mins. When I checked again, the apartment was still dusty. I would highly recommend not using this service. There are so many better options in Abu Dhabi.
