One of the worst. They messed up my car. Did not even assemble parts correctly.
They replied saying they called after I put a bad review!! However, they never returned my calls when my car was with them and never gave an update except the auto msg which is useless.
I called the manager many times and the call was disconnected, they won’t even bother to call back when they hear me complaining. I had to take out my car fix it somewhere else and fix all their assembly mistakes of my car engine and all.
I had a fantastic experience with my recent car service. The team was efficient, professional, and ensured everything was handled smoothly. I had a great experience with Mr. Abaidullah at Alamaraghi Repairs. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in handling the repair work. His communication was clear, and he made sure everything was done to a high standard. I truly appreciate his dedication and attention to detail. Highly recommended!
I visited their establishment twice approximately three months ago to request repairs on specific items.
Despite my requests, they were unable to resolve the issues. The car remained in their garage for over a week, yet I never received any updates on the progress. I had to contact them multiple times to urge them to expedite the delivery of my vehicle. It is my impression that they are overwhelmed by the volume of cars they handle.
To make matters worse, I ultimately took my car to another garage, where the problem was resolved in just one day at a third of the cost. Their services are excessively expensive."
I will never send my car there again, and anyone will fix his car there. Don't transfer any amount to them because if the transaction delays they will not give you your car thats what happened to me. I waited 2 days he car ready and i sent the the transaction number but i cant take the car.

Never bring your car for anything here!!!!
Not trust worthy i took my car for a secondary opinion of an issue and i was told it was a simple fix that didn't require any part change.
I spoke to the customer representative from our conversation it went from must change part to we can repair it in house without changing to we don't need to repair the part can last you for a longer time than.
This is the second time for me, first time was good. But second time they keep the car more than 2 days and i suppose to receive the car on third day at 4 but they delay a lot.
This is wasting time and they are not clear with Fazza discount.
The service is not equal to the money you pay. This is last time
Very ethical and reliable shop. They're honest, prices are very fair, take pride in their work, and are always friendly. I'm always happy with my service. Suhaib does a great job at keeping me updated on what is needed on my vehicle. He is very knowledgeable give me good advice and easy to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.
Very professional and the Manager Arun and service advisor Anees was very friendly, helpful and got the work done in one day.
