I had an appointment 2-5 pm since 4 Ina. Discussion with them about the service and they mention 20-30 minutes and then later they decided to say that the car broken down on the road , till 7:30 they didn’t show up . they reach 7:30 and they know the rules in Dubai that is not allowed to do the job after 5 pm and they send the technician just to make me nervous more ( saying that you asked us to send a technician , the technician himself know that he won’t work as it is too late and they didn’t mention anything about that in the calls around 6 calls , very bad customer service experience, and doesn’t have any commitment and they don’t respect our time .

I hired Indus services to mount my tv. Hanif came arrived and was very professional. He spent the time helping me figure out the right height and made sure to tape up the wall so no debris falls. They were done shortly after and explained the process very clearly. Hanif did a wonderful job.

I wish google review has the option of Zero stars, because this team and this company doesn't deserve even 1 star. We ordered a simple installation service. The 1st appointment, they simply didn't show up, no phone calls, no messages, they just didn't show up.
Second appointment they cancelled the night before. The 3rd appointment they are 5 hours late and counting.

Most irritating company - they did not come on time although I was home for hours waiting them to call or come but just cheating . I had to cancel the appointment.Don’t waste your time with them .

Sohail and his partner came here. They quickly installed the one we were having problems with. Despite the awkward space and the installation difficulty, they managed to get it done efficiently.

This is very not reliable company !!!They confirmed to come at 2 pm for check water heater ,I came from work and then I’m waiting them till 3:30 pm they are still not coming and even not informed me that they are late !!!and when I called them he was just closing my calls and didn’t answered !!then he answered that they are still in another people’s place !!I said I came specifically from work,i can’t wait you all day!!
If you want professional and quality work- just find another company ! I won’t use services of such company who is not respecting others people’s time !!

Younas and wasim were excellent at their job. Asked for my opinion at every step to make sure I was happy. Very courteous and mannerly. Brilliant job
