I promptly returned to the shop to address the issue, and although they acknowledged the mistake, they attributed it to company packaging. They provided me with another box, but upon opening it, I was dismayed to find that the phone inside had been repackaged and displayed signs of wear with scratches on the body. Despite their attempts to rectify the situation by presenting two more new boxes, the contents remained in the same used condition. After a prolonged argument, they eventually refunded my money. Therefore, I advise others to exercise caution and thoroughly inspect their purchases from this establishment.
