In 2024, I bought a refurbished Lenovo X1 Carbon from a popular Online Store. Just a month in, the fan started making a loud noise—and then stopped working altogether! I sent it in under warranty, but it came back unrepaired. Eventually, the laptop refused to reboot. That’s when the Cerebral Team stepped in—not only did they replace the fan, but they also detected a failing hard drive and suggested a replacement. Thanks to them, I now have a fully functional spare laptop running my scheduled tasks 24/7! Huge thanks to the Cerebral Team for their expertise and proactive service!

We had a very disappointing experience with their service. The sales representative, Midhun, persistently followed up for months to secure our business. Eventually, we assigned the task of replacing our CCTV DVR.
Shortly after the DVR was replaced, we began experiencing issues. Their team advised us to replace the hard disk, which we did at our own expense. However, the issue persisted. Then, we were told that the problem was with our electrical supply. To confirm, we had a certified electrician check our setup, and he found no issues with voltage. He even spoke directly with Midhun to clarify this.
Despite constant follow-ups over two months—during which Midhun repeatedly claimed he was either on leave or the technician was unavailable—a technician finally visited and took the DVR for inspection. Since then, we've had no resolution. The DVR and the new hard disk are still with their team living us in lurch.. We even requested a refund (excluding labor charges), which was also refused.
Now we are being told there’s no update from the DVR company. This ongoing delay and lack of accountability are highly unprofessional. Whereas we are still following up with no information at their end.
