After booking an appointment I went to garage for major service but I just left immediately after a very rude customer service by a gentleman on the reception. When I informed him of the appointment and arrangement over phone with one of their representatives He started assuming things and dealt very poorly and in an insulting manner.
I will not comment on the workmanship because I have no idea but I will not recommend anyone to visit this garage if they can’t take rude behavior which does indicate that after service if there is an issue with your vehicle you will struggle to get resolved because apparently they don’t value customers.

Fake ads on instagram that they can fix a Mercedes😂
Their advisors have 0 knowledge about cars.
They took my car for a week supposed to fix the vibration and was not fixed.

They still charged a huge amount for unnecessary things.

The egyptian advisor (the one with 0 knowledge) even said I had to change the engine LMAO.

I don’t advise a girl to visit because for sure they will fool her.

Thank god I fixed it somewhere else and did NOT have to change the engine!
If I had to keep rating 0 more than once I would do it all day long🤓
Pathetic!

Good service and their promotional package was really good. But Overpriced when it comes to other services/parts that are outside the package, though they have original spare parts. Recommended but negotiate the price first.

Horrible and poor customer experience.
I went to fix a few faulty parts on my car and a major service.
I came out with peeled off paint above my AC inside the car, paint peeling off the buttons of my steering wheel and window console, with a faulty entertainment system that was still malfunctioning which they said it was fixed.
When asked why is the paint falling off they kept running around giving excuses “not from our side” “from before” “not our problem and we don’t fix this here”
Few days later, I found a huge oil puddle under my car at home, with a car alert mentioning to add oil. After calling them many times they took my car back and didn’t mention why it’s leaking, and when I’m asking them , no comment.
Now still calling them to fix these problems they caused my car and that are still present, no one’s replying, calls ignored, until I found one number and this guy said “management will contact you” 1 week later, no one is replying, again.
Poor service, came out with more car problems that weren’t there.

After the service, I noticed that the washer fluid sensor had stopped working, something that was perfectly fine before. Additionally, despite them performing a tire balance, my car now vibrates at high speeds on the road, making driving uncomfortable and concerning for safety.

The Egyptian man who works there is very rude and very mean, he isn’t polite at all, and he talks like he is above everything and everyone. He is not helpful at all and refused to answer any of the questions that I had. I simply left and choose to fix my car elsewhere because he is not someone I would advise or recommend anyone to deal with.

The professional behavior at this establishment was outstanding and truly surprised us. We have never witnessed such conduct in the UAE before, and it made our day.
