A good place for Xple ppf installation, friendly staff, great waiting area, Little bit expensive.

Came for a tinting service, the job was done poorly that i had to bring the car for a second round to fix the problem. It was still a poor job on top of that they got the door/window border scratched, they claimed they need to wash the car and got really rough scratches on the interior flooring which can't be removed, and finally something went wrong on the rear doors that they can't be opened from the inside anymore. They removed parts of the car and called the next day saying that it's still in the workshop as they forgot to return it and finally they never stick to their appointments they promise X number of hours needed but in both times car wasn't close to being ready as promised. Management need to follow up with clients tried to reach out with no response. I had a plan to also do the transparent wrap around the car but thankfully i haven't done so! The one star is for the look and feel of the place only. I'd never recommend the place to anyone.

Great PPF and tint installation. Very professional and I really admire their work. The only reason for giving them 3 stars is communication. I dropped off my car for the ppf and window tinting and possible chrome delete on the 05th of March. I was advised that I will get an update on the chrome delete next day. Haven’t heard back from them for 2 days so decided to text them. The response was that they can’t do peelable chrome paint - so I asked for a quotation for a normal chrome delete - no response for 6 days. Texting them back on the 13th of March and was told that polishing is done and it’s ready for ppf installation. I asked for an estimated time of collection and was advised that my car will be ready for collection on the 15th at 11pm. On the 15th, I haven’t heard anything from them so decided to text them around 1030pm (no answer), so I decided to drive there and check if the car is ready. When I got there, I was told that the car is not ready and that it will be ready for collection on Sunday the 16th at 11pm. I went back on Sunday and collected the car and I have to say that their work is truly amazing. Although I wasn’t happy with the lack of communication and updates, I was really happy with their work. One week later, it was time to take the car back for the one week ppf inspection. I dropped the car off on Wednesday the 26th around 0900pm and was told that the car will be ready the next day around 0300pm (and that I will be getting a call to confirm once it’s ready). A full day passes by with no communication from their side. I reached out to them on Friday the 28th and was informed that the car is ready for collection. I am yet to see the car as I will be collecting it today (Saturday). Overall, really great installation and product. And I completely understand that they are truly busy with Ramadan and Eid offers, but this is not an excuse for this lack of communication. I can see other reviews where they say that they have been receiving daily updates on their cars - that didn’t happen to me at all. I always had to reach out with reminders to check on the status. Your experience may vary - as I mentioned previously, I am really happy with their work, but I am not sure if I will bring another car here.

I had given my car for black edition and break caliper painting. It was an amazing experience, really quick and perfect work. Will definitely be back. Leen was super helpful and gave me exactly what i asked for.

I had my first experience with them on their soft opening and the experience was really amazing to the extent that I recommended them to all my network.

Few years later and when after sales was needed, a total negative experience, starting from the guy who doesn’t answer the phone, the non committed team, the arrogance while taking with you ending with the brilliant ways they use to avoid honoring the warranty claims.

Bottom line, if you want a great job, and a place who doesn’t honour the after sales service or warranty claims, this is the place.

I took my car to Dluxe Garage to replace the brake discs and pads, but they ended up damaging my emergency brake. I had to return 3–4 times, yet they were unable to fix their own mistake. On my last visit, they even claimed that my car never had an emergency brake, which was completely false!

I later took my car to a small garage in Sharjah, where they confirmed that the emergency brake was there all along and could be fixed. Now, because of Dluxe’s incompetence, I have to pay extra to repair the damage they caused.

Very unprofessional staff and poor service—I highly DO NOT recommend this garage. Avoid them at all costs!

Unfortunately i will write a bad review,
The case is I installed a new front mirror glass protection it was fine the work is good but i paid 1000 dhs after that I realized it doesn’t come with the warranty.
After one or two months it got damaged even they refused to replace it with the half price only with the discount.
Thanks but never again going back to the work shop again

Workmanship is below average, they kept my car for a number of days and handed it back with a lot of problems that didn’t exist before (vibration while driving, one of the small screens on the steering wheel stopped working, knocking sound from the wheels, extremely bad touch up paint correction) specially the ceramic coating was really very bad, they missed a massive spot right in the middle of the bonnet.

When I complained, they took the car in for a few more days, fixed some of the problems, and I had to almost forcefully take the car back, as they kept telling me it would be ready the next day.

My advice is to look elsewhere if you want the job done property, there are plenty of businesses that will give much better service for half of the price these people charge.
