Amazing and professional service, It was my first experience with my Range Rover Velar outside the agency, so I was so nervous but the guys there led by Aamer have done an amazing job troubleshooting the issue and reassured me with the proper and timely resolution.. definitely going to be my trusted workshop moving forward, special thanks to Aamer for the hospitality and honesty!

I had a very bad experience with this garage. I took my car for AC not cooling, they checked and said no leak. I Paid Dhs200 for the AC gas. After few days, they same problem. I took the car back, they say maybe minor leak, we put special chemical to seal a minor leak and charged me Dhs700. Again the AC is not cooling and after third visit, they say there is leak and we need to change the condenser. I said fine change condenser, but credit me for the previous two charges, as it was not diagnosed properly. They refused to refund amount. Poor quality service.

I stoped by, asking the owner how much if they changed the light bulb for me if I bring mine. He told me how much did u pay before in other garage, and in the end he said I will charge u 400 because that’s the minimum spending here, I said Wow why so expensive, other garage just charge like 30 to 60, super ridiculous, & then he said he can offer only 40, sorry, but you already lost your credibility….
I took my Porsche Cayman for a ceramic paint protection service. Very happy with the results.
Was always going there for all minor and major services… until last time I went there to change just the engine oil even though I had the oil with me.. I just wanted someone to change it! And they asked for 300 dirhams for oil change labour… Don’t go there! There’s another garage right near them 1 min by car and they took 120 dirhams only even though they are more luxurious than this orange auto scam
Worst after sale service. They lie to sell the product. Purchased Marshal tires from them. They gave 5 years warranty on manufacture defect. While driving 1 tyre burst without hitting any object. I called the garage they deny that its manufacture defect. They didnt bother to inspect it and made their decision just by seeing the photo. I will not recommend this garage to anyone. They lie/hide to sell their product. Marshal tires not good.
U have been selling it from long. My dear manufacture defect happen once in a while not every time and when It happen u shud accept it rather than blaming the customer.
I saw ur reply on negative review. Anyways worst service. Didn't bother to ask the customer to visit the garage and check it physically that shows how helpful u are.
Worst service in terms of mechanic. Sent my car for service and end up having a lot of issues after delivery. Change the engine belt with a wrong reference which they did not know i had to argue witht he mechanic guy to chck the belt. Later the car did not start at all had to pay for the towing to bring it to the garage which was even paid by me since they deny its there issue.
3 days they could not find the error. They deny that they damaged that car. Not experts in mercedes had to tow the car to another mechanic myself and car was fix in 1 day. After getting the report apparently when they tried to fixed the issue they blew up my ECU. They keep on acting smart and saying this as nothing to do with servicing. How come u send a car for servicing and on delivery everything start malfunctiong. Worst service ever orange auto. Get some mercedes expertise. Readers please be careful before sending your cars.
