JAS Auto Workshop (Jesr Al Senaeyah Auto Workshop)

Car went into the garage with a gearbox issue initially, secondhand gearbox was fitted, thrashy throttle response and not smooth as a gearbox should be. Flywheel rattling sound from the front of the car is constant on de-acceleration. Got the car back and then was informed it needed a full front suspension - I ordered these and transported them from europe. Was told only half of the EU parts fitted so the garage purchased other parts at double to treble the cost of what they should have been. Got the car delivered back to me and the steering is out of line completely and a loud whinning noise on turning, so the vehicle has not been test driven once the work was carried out. DANGEROUS AND NEEDS RESOLVED ASAP. AVOID

I gone with my brother reference but in my experience not recommended wasted my 2 days and 2 times recovery money they are very polite in refusing so in conclusion wast of time, energy and Money 💰.

I had an excellent experience at JAS Auto, especially with Mr. Arjuna, who served as my service advisor. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The work carried out on my BMW 3 Series was top-notch, including the brake pad replacement and addressing some minor issues. I had very bad experience with #Jas_Auto_workshop. i gave my car for fixing the transmission issue. They suggested to get a second hand gear box rather then repairing it which also cost me almost 6000 AED. However, after the replacement i was continuously getting the same issue, im not sure whether they replaced the spare or not. Then latter i gave to an other workshop to fix the same problem.

I recommend everyone not give your car to this workshop. it will be waste of your time and money.

I recently got my Toyota Prado 2013 model serviced at JAS Auto Workshop in Sharjah and I’m extremely satisfied with the experience. They changed the engine oil, oil filter, and air filter, did full greasing, and also gave the car and engine a thorough wash. Everything was handled professionally and with great care. Special thanks to Arjuna Sir, who manages everything so smoothly, and to Azeer Sir, the main mechanic, for his expertise. The whole team was very helpful, friendly, and hardworking. They really listen to your concerns, take care of your vehicle like their own, and make sure you're comfortable throughout. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality service and honest workmanship!

I went to check a noise which was coming from the rear, they did test drive to the car and checked everything under and came up that the rear differential has to be replaced! They asked me to pay money before even leaving the car there for repair! I said no and I went to another garage which found that the noise was from the wheel bearing! So they couldn’t find such a basic issue and they wanted to charge me so much money for something that wasn’t the problem! I don’t recommend them. Even for a simple belt change the guy wanted me to change all the pulleys..

Recently I visited Jesr Al Sanaeyah Auto workshop to change front tie rods of my car. I am fully satisfied with their work except that there was some waiting time to done the work due to holiday. They arranged the parts and did the work perfectly. Also did an overall inspection of the vehicle free of cost. Staffs are very friendly,efficient and polite. I definitely visit again for future repairs. Highly recommend to anyone who looking for excellent service.

The JAS team is very skilled and cooperative. They have a good understanding of cars and successfully completed major repairs on my BMW X1. I have been driving the car for almost 60 days since the repairs, and I haven’t encountered any issues. I would like to extend a special thanks to Nuwan, Asiri, and the technician who worked on my car. I highly recommend them for BMW services in the Sharjah area.

This will be my favorite repair shop in UAE highly skilled with reasonable prices. The staff all skilled, know what they do, friendly and polite, as a girl i spent around 3 hours there and i felt so safe. I strongly recommend this shop. And when i want to take car for checking first he refuse he say pay all first
Becasue he knows that he didnt fix good
This is not only first car
Also my brother going in same time giving him his dodge car he taking money and after one month same problem
