Absolutely Untrustworthy and Unprofessional – Stay Away!

I am utterly disappointed and enraged by the disgraceful service at this garage. After my Range Rover Velar was involved in an accident, my insurance company, SALAMA, recommended this place for repairs. What a mistake! It took them over two weeks to supposedly fix my car, and when my driver picked it up (they claimed it was fully repaired), the very next morning I discovered the cruise control was inoperative.

Upon returning to the garage, their response was shocking and unacceptable. They blatantly refused to address the issue, rudely informing me that it was my problem now. When I explained that my driver had only just picked up the car, they didn’t even flinch. To make matters worse, I learned from another reputable garage that these guys knew about the necessary procedure to fix the cruise control but chose to ignore it.

Their lack of responsibility and customer care is appalling. This garage is a complete fraud and their business practices are deceitful. Please, save yourself the time, money, and frustration by avoiding this garage at all costs. They don’t deserve any business!

From my experience it’s amazing service center . High quality work and their advice about the vehicle totally correct. The price is very reasonable. Moreover, the center manager Mr. Kumar and Mr Omer is very professional in his work and supporting and advising the customers for the best all times. Thank you.

Had a dent and needed a paint job, but the guys somehow painted my rims with it, i think it depends on the worker so it’s a 50/50 if your getting a good service or nah, and about the dent.. it was fixed but how do you paint the rims is something I’ll never understand.

I went to change my windows because someone crashed my door and they ended up stealing a piece from my door. I couldn’t have control anymore from the driver side. BE CAREFUL FROM THE LEBANESE GUY HE IS A SCAM

My experience with High-Tech Garage, particularly with Kumar and the manager Omar, was nothing short of disappointing. I found their lack of honesty and integrity to be deeply troubling, as they consistently failed to deliver on their promises.

During my visit to High-Tech Garage, Kumar assured me that the repairs on my vehicle would be completed promptly and efficiently. However, not only did they fail to meet their promised timeline, but the quality of the work done was also subpar.

Omar, the manager, was no better. He made grand promises about the exceptional service and expertise offered by their garage, but it became evident that these were merely empty words. The lack of transparency and accountability in their dealings left me feeling frustrated and deceived.

It is clear that the team at High-Tech Garage cannot be trusted to uphold their commitments and provide reliable service. I urge others to exercise caution when considering this garage for their automotive needs, as their track record of dishonesty and unfulfilled promises is cause for serious concern.

In conclusion, my experience with High-Tech Garage, Kumar, and Omar was a regrettable one, and I would strongly advise against putting your trust in this establishment. Look elsewhere for a garage that values honesty, reliability, and integrity in their service delivery.
