I want to share my experience with this branch; sadly the seller sold me a bike cover at 200 after discount.

The Amazon was 60 Dh only. !!!!!!!!!!!

My advice never ask for the price unless you checked online market price!

I wish there is a 0 star option.
You call them , ask for something , most likely they wont have it but even if they do , there is no way that call operator would understand you and they just hang up the phone. They dont understand basic english communication.

I'm sad to say that I had a disappointing experience with Alkhubaizi Motorcycle Co. I visited the store on Saturday to purchase a Suzuki GSXR 1000 in red color and paid AED 1000 as a down-payment. The salesperson, Ali, informed me that I would be able to register the bike on Monday as the necessary papers were not yet ready. Unfortunately, Monday came and went with no progress.

After reaching out to the manager, Marwan, I was shocked to learn that the reason for the delay was because the bike was not actually owned by the shop, but by an individual. I can't help but wonder why they would showcase and sell a product that doesn't belong to them. It raises questions about their credibility and reliability.

What's even more troubling is that when I confronted Marwan about the issue, he offered to cancel the deal and return my down payment, instead of addressing the problem in a professional manner. This response only added to my suspicions about the way this shop operates.

In conclusion, I deeply regret my decision to do business with Alkhubaizi Motorcycle Co. I strongly recommend that potential customers exercise caution when dealing with this shop, as you may find yourself facing questionable business practices like I did.

No 1 service I recently purchased a Ninja 400 from them at an incredibly affordable price. And guess what? The support I’ve received from them has been nothing short of exceptional! I must give a special shoutout to Mr. Merouane, our amazing manager. This man is incredibly kind and gentle, and I truly appreciate all the help and assistance I’ve gotten from them. Thanks a million, Mr. Merouane!

Poor customer service, no one to attend you! The sales person is completely busy with someone and totally ignoring others including me even when they have idle people sitting around to deal with customers, so I decided not spend any cash on any of their products just because of their attitude . Putting 2 star only because they seem to have lots of items. And they are expensive 🫰. Why buy from here when You can easily find motorcycle accessories in Ras al khor area who offer very satisfactory customer service and support just because you step into their shop?!?

they tried to sell me a faulty engine bike. but when the mechanic said it has problem, the salesman still said nothing,
NEVER buy accessories from them, my 1200/- aed helmet is worthless. their helmets are mostly duplicate as i heared from other customers, and plus it is very costly

Very happy with the store variety of options. They have a lot of LS2 helmets and I purchased one online. They have offer a replacement when there was a size issue and they are very professional. Ask for Naseera from e commerce dept to expedite 👍🏼

Very helpful staff. They don't own the bikes they sell, they showcase them for other people who want to sell their bikes without the hassle of lowballers. I sold my R1 there and bought an MT07 at a very very good condition, before they display the bikes they sell they put them through an extensive test to make sure they sell a good bike. Prices could be higher than AliExpress yes, but if you want something on the spot, it's worth paying extra and not having to wait 25-35 days for items to arrive. Again... They're my recommended place if you want to sell your bike, they keep it in a nice clean indoor display, not out in the dust and sand. They won't take a roughed up bike, therefore, you won't be buying a roughed up bike from them. They ask about history so you don't have to repeat yourself over and over. I'll attach a photo of the bike I bought from them. Photo has some modes I added.

Very Very expensive shop. They have charged me 50% extra than the price. I'm very disappointed with their sales. It's not a worth place to purchase. All their products can be purchaced in Ali express for a very low price. These guys charge double than what it should be sold.
