Excellent services. Upfront pricing, accurate and detailed repairs. Omar is the person you want to repair your Range Rover no matter how old or new. I've never had a bad experience and continue to refer people to his shop.
Fraudulent, Scammer the owner and employees. I went there with my range rover which had suspension issue. They shared with me false report by saying that my both front suspension collapsed and i have to replace them. They have given me list of additional maintenance work as per them it’s required necessarily. I sense the dishonesty and took my vehicle to another gerage in sharjah. I was surprised to find out that my just one suspension is not working. Which I replaced and alhumdulilah my vehicle is perfectly fine. All i paid just 1200 including spare part on other hand these scammers given me a quotation of Aed 5500. My advice to all reader is to stay away from them. There are many other garages in sharjah who are specifically do work for Range rover.
Its waste of time, they dont care about u and your time, I gave my car to them, and they kept it for days with them just for checking, after 4 5 days, they said they dont have time, they have too many other cars, so you can take ur car somewhere else, pathetic customer service, no proper engagement with customer, they will not call you to provide any update, you have to keep calling them, they will not pick your phone or they will not reply to your whatsapp, you will give them your expensive car, and they will park it outside in dirt for days and will treat you like you are nothing and they are some king...very bad experience, will not recommend anyone to go there and waste your time.
They know what they are doing , they do advise the best solution for your car , Omar is very friendly and honest , I stopped servicing my car in the agency after discovering this place ... keep on the great work
Very professional and experience staff. I went to different garages for my Vogue 2015 . No one was able to diagnose the issue . I went to this garage and fix it.. 100% recommended.
