I visited iSTYLE Sahara Center and I felt really you have weakest staff who doesn’t check devices properly.
I gave my device and waited almost 30 mins and the super technician comes and said your charging port of the IPHONE 15 pro max is damaged and it takes 3 to 7 days for replacing it and suggested me to buy iCloud 2 TB for 1 month to back up the data.
Here I told them I have my office apps in this device so will buy another device and submit this device and I just came out of your iStore and just visited roadside mobile repairing shop for checking the same device.
He took just 5 minutes and fixed the issue by saying that some minor issue only and it don’t need any repair or replacement just a cleaning itself is fixed the issue. He didn’t even charged me anything. He said there is no repair then why should I charge you.
I wanted you to investigate the ability and the qualifications and the interest and the genuinity of your technical staff in your iStore.

Had a very disappointing experience with this shop. Went in for a simple battery replacement for my iPhone 13 Pro Max , and they told me it would take 3 to 4 days—which is completely unreasonable for such a basic service.
I came to collect my airpods which were given for service but the lady talking very rude with no manners,very disrespectful and unprofessional .
The time for shop opening is 10 i came to the shop around 10 5 she said come after 11 why?

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this store when I went for an iPhone battery replacement. After the replacement, my phone started facing serious issues—Face ID stopped working, the camera became blurry. When I brought this to their attention, instead of taking responsibility or helping resolve the issue, they brushed me off and told me to take my complaint to Apple directly.
This lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable. I expected better from an authorized store. If you're considering a battery replacement here, think twice—it might create more problems than it solves.
I had an outstanding experience at the iStyle Apple Service Center in Sahara Mall, thanks to Tameem and Lawrence. Their customer service was truly exceptional. Tameem went above and beyond by assisting with the warranty claim from Apple, making the repair process smooth and hassle-free. Lawrence was incredibly patient and helpful, never hesitating to assist even though the process took an hour. Their professionalism, dedication, and willingness to help made a significant difference. I highly recommend this service center, and I truly appreciate the effort both Tameem and Lawrence put into ensuring a great customer experience!

Ms. Dalal was incredibly helpful in so many ways — from repairing my old device to guiding me through buying a new one that perfectly matches my needs as a software engineer. They sell products for double the price of other vendors and the quality is exceptionally poor. My so called screen protector lasted 2 weeks before cracking and the so called 12 month warranty on the box doesn’t mean anything. Don’t even bother with the brand Blupebble. The so called warranty doesn’t exist. They send you back to istyle and deny all responsibility. Huge disappointment
Waqar is amazing professional works in istyle Sahara Center. He restored my almost dead iPhone and tried to help me my all lost data. Very knowledgeable and helpful guy. Definitely recommended.
