I'm super happy with the experience of dealing with their maintenance services. I had a macbook that stopped working and charging, no water damage, no drop, no nothing, it was just dead and had a burning smell. I took it to this center and they told me it needs 3-5 business days. They called me on the fourth day and told me that the board was completely dead (too bad for me) and they have replaced the main board with a new one and ran all the tests successfully, all free of charge because it wasn't my fault and the macbook was under warranty (I did not buy Apple care plus at the time). I'm super happy with their professional way of explaining to me how things turned out, and would LOVE to approach them again.

Thank you Mr. Tariq. I came there with a lot of tension, You did not create a job order and fixed my phone problem without a single charge. It is an authorized center of Apple. But nowhere else have I had the flexibility you have shown. The Apple Care policy and standard did not tell and scare. THANK YOU MATE.
There is no service available until your item sending for diagnosis to the Apple Store, so it is best to go directly to the Apple Store instead of wasting your time in traffic and this store.
Very bad customer service team , And the team leader is He does not treat customers respectfully. And also they despair from the store , you cant find any one to help you , the technician mr tamam he is the only honest man there .
