21 dhs charges for filling air into tyres especially after doing all my car washes at auto pro al nahda 1 ridiculous

Dear Management,

I went to visit there to ask about about a repair cost of the car, I waited for 20 minutes & ended to go to another garage Zero customer service !!

Supervisor is busy in the phone in reception , nobody to attend the customers .

If supervisor doesn’t care , why will the employees care .

Please change the supervisor

I requested for a tinting service through the vouchers recieved while buying DSF tickets but they refused to accept it and giving lame reasons which are not even mentioned in their ‘Terms & Conditions’

Please provide vouchers only if you are capable to deliver it or else its termed as ‘Fraud’

I’m writing this review to the management and to help consumers to make more informed decision if they are considering Autopro for tires and wheels. In short sentence, they are not ethical. I took their service to fit my wheels and tires and do the wheel balancing. The service took a long time and I had to wait till 11 at night so I could not do a test drive for any vibration. Also I had noticed the employee was on hurry (as his bus is waiting him) and was not doing the balancing properly. I’m not an expert in the machine they use but I could understand little bit when the screen shows red icon. I let him finish his job and I took the car to home nearby. Next did a test drive on motorways and I could feel the vibration when I cross 100 kmph. I called to inform and they asked to bring the car. When I brought the car they say I have to pay again for balancing and if not I have to buy the new tires. While I have been using the same tire so fine couple of months back. They don’t even accept to do a test drive to see. Only money no ethics.

Very bad experience. After keeping me around one hour in the queue they came and told me that they can’t do car wash because their time is up. That too at evening 5.45!!!
They kept I. The Q until my turn comes next to inform me this!!!?

Very quick and profissional staff and mechanics, changing oil, tyers, and car battery, coolant change, car wash and many other mechanical issues and car services, having waiting area and station supermarket is there too inside the petrol station to have coffee and small meal or snacks while waiting, reasonable prices and accept discount cards like Fazaa and Esaad, can pay both cash and by cards.
