Highly Recommended. I took my Samsung Ultra as there was an issue with screen and hence needed to be replaced. They let you sit beside so that you can watch when they open your mobile phone. I was fully satisfied while walking out their shop. Staff is very friendly and knows customer values. I would surely rate them five. Thanks.
If unprofessionalism had a name its jameel for you. This is evident from the loud shouts of customers everytime you enter the ahop Ordered a phone as per their price quote and when it was about to be delivered they jacked up the price. Even tho I don't mind paying it but their inability to keep up to their own deadlines is just pathetic for a mobile shop. They act busy as if they're making millions a day and never bothers to call to apologise for missing their deadlines. Staffs are the worst, go to dolphins opposite to the shop instead.
One of the staff no proper communication.. very poor customer service
Staff is really rude, they are Charging extra from customers and if someone wanna negotiate staff is Saying you can leave shop, don’t talk too much, really shameful and rude behaviour
Worst mobile repair shop..they took my mobile for a week and they're just returned it not repaired and can't do anything..Now I don't know if my mobile got more damaged because of what they did..
