When I finally managed to speak with someone, I was shocked to learn that the repair attempt had failed, and my laptop was still in disrepair. Adding to the frustration, the person initially responsible for my case seemed to be avoiding any direct contact, giving vague and dodgy instructions from behind the scenes. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I cannot recommend Al Naqi Electronics Mobiles based on my experience. The lack of communication, failure to meet deadlines, and evasive behavior from the staff are red flags that potential customers should be aware of.
