Called them today regarding my indesit washing machine repair which suddenly stop working today. Before I called a few other shops they said same models parts aren't available because it's quite old model as I'm using it by 12 years. So thanks to A K Y Technicals they arranged it's spare parts and fix it very well now working perfectly. Thanks again you guys to save my dear machine.
Extremely disappointed.. Has called them home to repair my Nikai refrigerator which is around 1 and half years old.. They checked the PC board and informed that itd faulty and has to be rectified and charged Dhms. 300/- for it.
Once it was refixed, eventhough they ran the fridge it was not cooling properly. 2 days later (today 10/01/2023) they revisited as i called them but after checking they informed me that compressor is not performing well and might cost Dhms. 450/- almost if it has to be replaced..
This is very disappointing as i wasted Dhms. 300 for nothing and then to know that i should pay another dhms 450 to buy a new compressor inorder to rectify the fridge properly. With that money(450+300) i can buy a new fridge.
A good technician should identify the issue and should guide us whether to proceed with repair or to buy a new refrigerator. I dont to write poor reviews about anybody but this experience has disheartened me and thats why i am writing it down here...
If you guys are professional you should nt have taken the money understanding that its your mistake..!!
He is my trusted person for more than 5 years, i always recommend this company to all my friends even to mu Indian friends also. And they are satisfied the repaired. Please i personally recommended. If you need washing machine to repair please contact them.
I was charged more than the repair, they said they will change the pipe somewhere, but there were no pipe changed (they did not show me any), for what I saw they just put valve and refill gas or freon, whatever it is. They didn’t show the replaced pipe. I even asked for receipt they didn’t send me any up to now. So if I were you, go for a second opinion to other technician after they check you will see the difference.

My refrigerator was not cooling,They came to my house and said it doesn’t have gas and we need to refill the gas but we are not sure how long it will work, I asked are you sure the problem is from gas and they said yes 100% sure, they have charged me 250 AED to refill the gas, after they finished their work, my refrigerator was making crazy noise which it doesn’t have before and they said your compressor is weak but it’s okay.
Now I have a noisy refrigerator that doesn’t cool and when I call them to come and check, they said your compressor is not working now and you have to buy a new one. These people don’t have any experience and they just want to take money by filling the gas and anything happen they say before the issue was from gas and now have another issue and they do not take responsibility. I have already contacted police to check these scammers

Very good service . We had an issue with our washing machine they came immediately and fixed the washing machine within one day and I highly recommend them .
Waste of time and money. The repair they asked for 350dhs was done by another team for just 40dhs where I gave them 50dhs
