I have been Honda customer for 8 years now with not even one service missed. Excellent professional, courteous and gracious staff. Extremely helping organization and very easy guidelines to book a service or ask any queries. Waiting Area with Wireless Internet is cozy and relaxing, washrooms are also very clean. Coffee, tea and water are available free of charge !
I never gave any shop/outlet such poor review, but this I felt is a must. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE CENTRE IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAR!!!!! Honda as a brand and AL Futtaim as an agent is very good, you can buy their reliable cars without any doubt, but the level service they offer in this workshop is pathetic. I pay premium price( compared to similar Japan n Korea brands) for the AMC, just to keep my car in good condition and to keep the warranty. I was a proud customer (at least in my thoughts) believing that they are maintaining the car, the best way as possible. I was wrong all the way !!!! Last July I got the first hint, when I was driving, the engine guard fell down, I had to fix the cover by myself, going under the car, on the roadside!!! Turned out to be they didn’t fix all the guard fasteners back after the previous service. I did complaint and they fixed it during the next service, but this time they removed the AC low pressure side cap!!!! Also during the last service, they damaged the wiper fluid hose !!!!!!!, the damage was clear as human made and when I complained about it, they responded like they don’t have the part and they already ordered it, same like the AC port issue. I did order the cap from ali express and fix it few weeks back, and still waiting the reply from Honda!!! Also I fixed the hose with some fixtures, and I do believe that they will not call to fix. They will never fix back what all they remove from your car, so always be careful. 3 services, 3 big mistakes ( so far noticed ) who knows, the engine internal parts are still there !!!! The worst service people I had seen so far, though they have a best facility and management.
In fact, since I entered the maintenance center until I left, I found a very classy and smooth service in providing service and hospitality as well.... The staff's treatment is respectful... Thank you.
One of the worst service centre of Honda. I bought a Civic type R from them. Last time I took the car for service. The service personal informed me one of the filters are out of stock and they will be informing once they have received it. Now months passes by and till now nobody called me. I will never recommend this service centre and any service personals over there.
Very bad service from start to finish. I would recommend getting your car serviced elsewhere, as they will likely take better care of your vehicle. Here, the staff seems to believe that simply changing spare parts will solve everything. The service advisor had no idea how to properly address the issue and was more focused on meeting targets and earning incentives than on actually fixing the problem. If you’re planning to get your car serviced here, make sure the issue is fully resolved before making any payment. Once you’ve paid, they stop answering calls and ignore unresolved issues. Definitely not a place I would trust again.
