⚠️ WARNING: THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING TO ENZO CAR CARE ⚠️ This place ONLY cares about preferred customers. If you’re not one of them, you don’t matter—plain and simple. I brought in my brand new Jeep for a basic check, and the customer rep got angry for even asking. He told me it would take 7 HOURS just for a general check—completely unreasonable. Tried calling their complaint number? NO ONE ANSWERS. Tried getting proper service after purchase? FORGET IT. Once they get your money, you’re on your own. They clearly don’t care. AVOID THIS PLACE. Don’t waste your time or trust.
Horrible they dont respect your time and belonging they broke my ac vent and lost my garage remote (which was in my center console) dont know why theyd open it
I would like to thank Enzo Car Care especially Mr.Ahmed branch Manager for their Great effort, i did Ceramic and PPF for my new car and i surprised from the good quality, Good price, Amazing customer service, Credibility, professionalism and delivery time was in the right time, Once again thank you Mr.Ahmed and Enzo Car Care🙏
if there is a zero star i would rate. i got ppf a month ago for my car and it kept ripping off multiple times and i kept going back and forth to fix it till it peeled off completely. they don’t want to refund me and they are not responding. THATS AN AWARENESS FOR ALL NOT TO DEAL WITH THEM.
very bad customer service and got the WORST service there. i took my brand new car to put ppf. the cuts weren’t professional at all, zigzag and some parts were not glued. when i went to get the car there was gum stuck to the tires and they didn’t mind it. even tho the car was there for 1 week. on top of that, they damaged and removed one of the car fenders while putting the ppf. now after 1 week of “fixing everything” the ppf started to peal off from many spots. i used to have good experience with enzo but not anymore. i wouldn’t recommend them AT ALL now.
