A very pleasant and customer-focused service with high standards of care. I extended my service contract for my BMW here and recently had the brake fluid replaced under it. I was satisfied with the professionalism of the staff and the quality of the work. Highly recommend it!
Dropped my car for 30,000KM service, car got out with noises and problems. Took them 4 weeks to solve it. They asked me to pay for the problems they created. No communication, empty promises, theyndontnto seem to know what they are doing. Terrible experi.
I had a very disappointing experience at Abu Dhabi Motors. The service advisor was unresponsive, failed to follow through on promises, and ignored my calls. This lack of professionalism has made me lose trust in their services. Next time, I will take my motorbike to AGMC for a better and more reliable experience.
Serviced my BMW X7 at Abu Dhabi Motors. The service quality was excellent—professional staff, timely updates, and everything was handled with care. That said, the pricing is definitely on the higher side, even for a premium brand. Great experience overall, but be prepared for a hefty bill.
Very bad experience with service center, I have been to the service since 14th oct till today 3 times and I never been getting the service as they should give it. I submit my car for service on 14 th Oct. and I have advised by the agent to do full check on the car as my car warranty will be finish by 26th Oct and he informed me that I have to pay for this full check to make sure that the car is perfect and if there is any part need to be changed then they will get it changed as the car still under warranty and I agreed to pay for this check . After 14 days and after my follow up they delivered the car where 2 days left in the car warranty under ADM just to push me to the edge and where there is no time to notice any issues in the car , also they give me report that the car has no issue but actually there was a problem in the interior lights but they quoted to change the front one only and they hide that the other shadow lights in the door need to change and after 2 days when I discovered this the agent just told me might be the door lights was working at the time of inspection which is not true. I have met the agent manager and before talk to other service manger and no body reply my question of why the car kept in their custody for 10 days !! I have been cheated just to pay the full check up fee and no body care or bother themselves to check . I will never consider driving BMW again.
