Don't take Orient Takful insurance from Honda, their customer service is worst. Not responding to the calls, emails, whatsApp chat center. Poor service.
First and last time with Honda!!!
I bought a brand-new 2024 Honda ZRV from the official showroom at DFC, and the experience was far from what anyone should expect when investing in a new vehicle from a what supposed to be a trustful dealer.
When I told to receive the car on Saturday evening before Eid, I was surprised and totally disappointed. the car had obvious remain sands on the line of the windows, with visible minor scratches on all the body surface. This was a brand-new car, supposedly delivered straight from the showroom!!
I was told to come back on Tuesday for proper delivery, polished and clean.
However, i called on Tuesday to check if the car is ready, but the showroom was closed! They told me to come and receive it on Wednesday.
The car was in better condition, but the back still hadn’t been polished, and the minor scratches was still there. They took it back again to the service, and I finally received it at night.
What made things worse was the responses to my complaint. I was told first that I’m exaggerating as these minor scratches are normal.
Then they tried to convine me to sign and take the car and bring it to the service any other day i choose!! I totally refused.
Then they told me “That’s why we recommend to buy ceramic coating which will cover all of that!!” as if basic and proper delivery are optional. I told them that It is my right to choose or not to choose any additional “top-up sale services”, and it is also my expectation to receive a flawless car when buying it brand new straight from the showroom. Sadly, even the manager didn’t take any steps to make up for the inconvenience. He just said that they had too much deliveries and they didn’t have time to polish the car before delivery.
Overall, the entire process was handled in a careless and unprofessional manner. Very disappointing, and certainly waaaaay below what I expected from Honda and Al-Futtaim motors.
I would give 0 star for this company, since 2023 when I bought my Honda City car with a Platinum package, that I paid extra money for, the 3M tint and the guardx package where explained to me in a way to convince me with the money I’m paying extra for, I was convinced with all what they mentioned and did it, now this is the 2nd situation I’m having with the 2mentioned things (3M tint & Guardx warranty) and all what the staff are saying is that it’s not covered by the warranty. As a summary I’m so disappointed of their non credibility they’re just taking extra money and when you are in a situation they’ll still ask you to pay and creating different scenarios. The customer service is also the worst when it comes to service appointments or anything related to the customer benefit, I am so disappointed to deal with such company and how non credible they are. This was my first and last car I buy from them
In a short span of less than a week, I finally bought home my own ‘24 Honda ZR-V! I want to give a huge thanks to Arlene Miller for making all this possible. The process was smooth from test drive to finance until delivery! I can’t commend and appreciate Arlene enough for making all this possible. Extremely happy with Honda, their service and the car of course.
Recently I've had a terrible experience with Honda. In the beginning I walked to the showroom excited to buy I knew car & Arlyn from sales was quite helpful assisting me with test drives. When I selected the car I want and went to finance department is when I felt they were being dishonest and trying to make me pay for additional car insurance against natural disasters and the guy said its mandatory by uae law, but luckily I have my cousin & many friends in the industry that assured me there's no such thing. Again Arlyn helped with this and we proceeded with car finance application. The application took longer than usual & later I received a call asking me to resubmit some documents which I previously submitted and when I called the bank the following day they assured me that my application was submitted only that day which means since the time I submitted my application to honda nothing was submitted to the bank for more than a week & no one acknowledge this from honda side ( I only found out when I felt suspicious and called the bank). To add more I received various calls from banks and auto finance agents which means my contact was leaked to them. Also I found on Honda website that had a discount that they never told me about and when I asked sales about it they said they can give me a discount so I was overall disappointed and decided not to proceed and asked for a refund of my booking amount. A week later another sales person contacted me and promised a discount of 16,500 AED and when I visited the showroom to close the deal the sales person told me they just received an email the day before not to give any discoun, so I was again disappointed and asked to refund my money. I'm now writing this and still for more than a month and a half I didn't receive a refund & anyone I contact just ignores my messages. I gave them a 1 star review only as they are highly unprofessional non apologetic and there's zero accountability. If this is my pre-sale experience who knows how bad aftersales would be?
Thanks to Ms. Arlene Miller for very smooth and fast transaction. In just less than a week she managed to close the trade in my honda civic and i got my new honda hrv! 🥳 Overall, my experience was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new vehicle. A big thank you to Ms. Arlene Miller for making the process enjoyable and stress-free!

Yesterday night I received the car after long wait ,I thought my stress in finished .
But it was the beginning of new problem as the brand new car left side mirror is not moving and I am unable to make any movements .When reported about the way which the sales person and technician talked is very disappointing as they say it's a normal thing to have.I don't understand this
