Extreamly bad experiance. They are not doing 100% damage repair even with full insurance. They do only 60 to 70% and some how delivering the vehicle to the customer. If we call for the remining...nothing will happen... for ever.
Garage is very small so cant repair on time thats why unnecessarily they delay by giving excuses As can see in the picture for minor painting and fitting work I had submitted all the documents when i follow up after 5 days they told approval not yet received Even after receiving approval also they cannot proceed immediately Wasted 5 days and in frustration when i told to Mr Sanjeev i think i should go to other garage he simply reply Yes you can go if you want no problem Then i went to Al Amana garage then they prepare again document and next day called me to start repair
I wish there’s 0 star. The guy literally called me to pick up my car, I went there then he said it will need 1 more day. Bear in mind, I had to pay 50 dhs for taxi. I will never trust them with a toy car not a real car.
The worst experience ever, never give your car here even with insurance. They dont care about service and how to fix the car. There was other bad experienced person who told me not to give car here whn i visited their garage first time but i didn't expect this bad. They have partnered with new india insurance and i believe they are very proud of that due to which they dont care about our customer satisfaction, how to behave and they keep lying about the insurance claim when i have given my car for more than 10 days and they didn't even repair a small dent job which wont take a day to fix. They wont answer your call and wont reply even after you give your car. Such a disappointment and never ever came with such terrible garage.
