Efficient service and trustworthy, no overcharging and even gives free service at times where other garage would surely ask for payment! I brought my Lancer for checking after one of the garage quoted me 2K++ for services that are not required, when Garage Tibebu checked it, the engine cover only was not properly returned by garage whom previously changed my shock, just want to rob some more money I guess. Please don't buy their vouchers.Definitely you will regret . They run the show only though the promotions and never a customer will return .
My story :
I took voucher for 100 aed and used for one complete wash .
After a week I found my car mobile charger missing. Called them for the enquiry.Guy over there was shouting from.start and didn't understand my request .Totally no respect ...not sure how they have managed till now .
1. They know zero customer service
2. Worst behavior and don't listen to your conversation.
3. Car wash service was good but people management is bad
Never going back ans not worried abt the money.

Horrible experience , they are worst in customer serving, cheaters .specially sales guy also who stands & saying every thing will be 50% discount ,
They are very bossy while communicating as if they own whole UAE no respect to customer ,

Staff dont know,how to speak with cutomers,they are very rude with customers,specially the lady over there...i am not satisfy with their services,they even charge 100 aed for membership and after that they are treating like this,which is very unprofessional and unethic...ill not recomend to anyone to go there..

Receptionist is very bad & arrogant , she don’t know how to behave with customers . Remaining staffs are good except her . Car wash staffs very good .

Very limited space for car wash 1 or 2.
With coupan 50% discount but spending time like 2 hours vs other places 30 mins.
No prebooking, asking to come later etc etc .
