Change Oil service has been done. Smooth and professionally executed. Genuine Honda filter and Oil have been used. They also have options of other brand of oils which you can select from as per your requirement. They asked me if I want Castrol Oil or cheaper one which is perfect for my budget. An options if the cost is concern. Recommended services for your automobile. Kudos!

We have got blade scratches on the windshields (passenger, driver and front sides), windshield gasket burns at front & back windows on passenger side, surface damages on the door handle at the back passenger side, surface marks/burns on the plastic trims at the front passenger side, and lastly still remainder of paint blots/dots stains at random areas of our Nissan X-trail 2023 which was just 3days old that time from the showroom while getting their polishing and buffing services with re-application of ceramic coating.. They quoted us with 1,500aed and the quality of work is totally NOT ACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL, since our car has small paint blots/dots stained on its full body due to sprayed painting works on a nearby hotel building where we parked our car..The incident and services acquired from this garage happened last June 2023 The manager (Mr. Joey) doesn’t seem to admit the faults of his technicians/painter about the concerns and pointing it as a defects from the Showroom and with the 3rd party for nano-ceramic quoting and paint protection from Nissan DXB itself..He tried to reason out that it was already there when we checked in the car to their garage, and convinced that they have taken videos, however they/he cannot show the videos having those scratches, paint damages and gasket/plastic burns as part of our primary concerns of prior to their works..They haven’t even consider any discount of the damages done to our car while acquiring the services with them.. Photos attached for reference.. NOT RECOMMENDED!!
