Gave my volvo S90 for rear windshield rubber seal replacement, they did an excellent job and quoted the best price in the market.

I came in for one thing and I was simply pointed out to change some parts without even properly checking

I faced problem with this technician. They are not professional who can handle the work. They do service trial and error basis.

I went check small oil leakage and I told them clearly if you don't know the work don't do it. They claimed they can fix it.

Vignesh supervisor left the company it seems. And my surprise more then 20 days not fixed and they told initially gasket change work. And then plugs and then they spoiled the batteries by keep on trying starting the car.
After that owner called and told you have to change fueljet it will cost AED.4000 Then I connected one expert from other garage to explain the work done. The technician don't even know the name of the parts what he changed.

And then I took my vehicle to another garage and they found lot of wrong work done by this team.

I sent invoices to them to pay. Still waiting to claim from them.

Don't use this garage. Their owners marketing is good but not their work is very very BAD. I lost almost AED8000 BECAUSE OF WRONG WORK BY THIS TECHNICIAN.

PLEASE DONT USE THEIR SERVICES

I recently had my car serviced at Mass and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain all the work that needed to be done and provided a detailed estimate upfront, which I appreciated.The service itself was top-notch. My car was ready when promised, and it looked and ran like new. They even cleaned it inside and out, which was a pleasant surprise. I felt like they truly cared about my vehicle's well-being.

I regret visiting this workshop as my car has experienced even more issues since then. Please ensure that the appropriate individuals are assigned to fix the problem correctly.

That was a worst service by the guys. Instead of finding the electrical fault in ac compressor they made direct connection with the fan the compressor is running continuously without automatic on Off system that was likely to be blown away. luckily i approached another garage i paid extra money. Not recommended for electrical works & any major service. No person to supervise the works & bad work transparency.

They took 2000 aed for starting problem I gave car for more than 12 days before he same problem occurs . Don’t go there . They are cheating . Dint trust radio add and these comments. If you want to spend money and your time , you can go there . They miss guided and don’t accept for replacements they cheat us . Don’t go don’t go
